The Summer Festival was Fabulous.
Aug 2021 • Couples
I saw all three shows Pleasureville, Singalong Jubilee and Tapestry, a tribute to Carol King and was not disappointed at all. The venue is intimate and they did a great job of accommodating patrons with regards to COVID 19 protocol. The whole lineup was impressive and the talent in the shows I saw was superb!! Bravo Guild!! Theatre is back!!

A Night to Remember in PEI
Sep 2019
We had watched the DVD of Anne of Green Gables before we went to PEI, which helped us enjoy Anne and Gilbert even more. The actors were phenomenal. It was definitely worth the hoops we jumped through to see the play and get out to Green Gables, too. We especially liked the playhouse. The seating was close to the stage. If you go to PEI, you will want to see this spectacular attraction.

A Play is a Play!
Jul 2019 • Couples
It is always a gift to visit cities with a play and talented actors!
The Guild in Charlottetown is a small and not fancy established little Theater it better a stage with some seats.
But this mit was is counting. Important is the play and fun!
It seems that the Play: MEANWHILE IN WARD 16 is a fun act mostly for locals.
The audience lived the play and it seems that they know most of the actors.
For tourists it is a little difficult to follow the local jokes.
However we had fun and it was good to visit.

Maritime Musical
Sep 2019
The show was great. We sat in the middle in the first row. There is no stage but each row of seats is higher than the row in front We could have reached out and touched the performers. The performers were very good and I would definitely recommend this musical. I would recommend booking your ticket prior to going to the show.

Fabulous Anne of Green Gables Musical
Aug 2019
We saw the Anne of Green Gables musical, which was very well done, and a long show - 2.5 hours with intermission. The theatre is small, and we had best view seats, right in front of the actors. We felt like we were in the show. Highly recommended.

Intimate Theatre
Jul 2019 • Friends
Very few seats, small and intimate with seats going up on risers and performances on the floor, which serves as the ‘stage.’ We sat in the front row and the performers were so close they were touchable.....during dancing numbers, the skirts of the women actually touched our knees. Wonderful venue for an intimate experience with the performing arts. Will return.

Cozy venue...absolutely outstanding performance!
Jul 2018
We visited PEI in July and took in the show Atlantic Blue featuring Tara MacLean. Great introduction to east coast musicians and their music and a very novel presentation. Tara has a great voice and her band is very talented as well. Perhaps the best concert I've ever attended but I may be biased...this is the music I love in the place I grew up!

Atlantic Blue
Sep 2018 • Couples
Atlantic Blue was very good except for two concerns:
#1 - The volume was too loud.
#2 - I thought that Anne Murray would have been included in the Atlantic Artists section. Only one song "Snowbird" was sung by Tara MacLean.
