A peaceful and restful well laid out small park alongside the waterfront. A nice place to sit and watch the world go by. The area is also of some historic interest regarding the founding of the Confederation.

I would describe this area as part of the waterside area of Charlottetown but it really is much more. If you spent a little time, and you don’t need to spend a lot, you will see that there is a spot, I recall with flags...More

This park is next to confederation bridge. Nothing really special, not worth stopping and spending time here.

This is a lovely, small park in the heart of Charlottetown. There are numerous picnic tables and benches available, which make it easy to spend time relaxing in the park. Several floating food vendors are available for al fresco dining.

Nice walking path on a wide board walk. Bike lane is near by so there is no worry about zooming bikes taking up space. beautiful views of Charlottetown harbour, and the many boats sailing by. Not far to restaurants and the downtown.

Charlottetown has a pretty little harbour and this is a great place to see it. There are several shops and restaurants in the area -- we listening to a musical group perform as we wandered in and out of shops. The day we visited, there...More

We took a walk around the park while waiting for our reservation for supper, it was beautiful and after supper we watched the sunset here. Amazing isn’t the right word for it!

Nice park with some signs detailing the history of the Confederation talks. Good meeting place for some groups. One thing that ruins it is the piles of dog waste from inconsiderate dog owners.

This is a must see and do, be sure to stop here to marvel at the construction of this amazing bridge and then be sure to drive across it for the full experience!

We had all heard about this bridge, and it was beautiful to see! We did not drive across it; however, I can see why the locals hated to give up their ferries, and also why it’s nice to have the modern connection they now have.
