This was such a great experience, we brought our dog with us on vacation and this was a dog friendly place! The dogs can not go inside the buildings but we gladly took turns entering. Due to Covid-19 the lines were non existent and it was quick so a perfect time to visit! We highly recommend this as a tourist location for the whole family. They are practicing Covid safety, and the staff are all very friendly!

Hopping off an Oceania cruise ship I bought a ticket and jumped on this tour with MAURA LEE as our guide. She told us about the town, the natives the churches that became social clubs, the Spring Crop of potatoes, and of course LUCY! The famous duck that made a yearly trip to the Home Depot and walked her new brood across the busiest highway on the island. She did it year after year and eventually got a police escort....flashing lights and all! We traveled to Green Gables, the shore, the lobster industry and the " Preserve "(think Raspberry Preserves with Champagne). Returning to the boat, Maura started to sing (her own song/hymn) about how much she loved the island and how grateful she was to live there. I'll never forget it! Nancy Ring

Our favorite part was being able to actually walk through the Green Gables house, and all around the grounds as well. We had taken a similar PEI tour before, but just drove by the house, and stopped for a quick photo op. This tour made it all come alive for us. Our tour guide, Roddie, was the best!
