We went for the tour. It was self guided and featured videos and windows you could look in to see how they made their ice cream, their cheese, and print their T-shirts. Interesting but the best part is sampling the ice cream and looking at the funny T-shirts printed with cows doing funny things and funny sayings. Outside is a huge sculpted cow--great for a photo op especially when holding a cone.

The tour was disappointing. Its a self tour with a video, signs and windows into the how items are made, none of which were operational. The ice cream was good, but hardly worth the half hour wait and the expense. I've had better ice cream in Jamaica at Devon House. Lots of T-shirts and memorabilia available.

To call this a “tour” is ridiculous, as you go into a room for a video then look into a few other rooms where literally nothing is happening. Cows should just frame this as a cute little gift shop with really delicious ice cream because that’s what it is.

We were hoping for a tour of Cows factory, but disappointed that the tour meant watching a few videos. However, we enjoyed our ice creams!

Visited this location in particular for the factory tour, but should have read the reviews before going. The ‘free tour’ consists of an advertising video, and views through glass windows of a screen printing machine (only printing one colour on the position furthest from the window when we visited), ice cream making equipment (being washed when we visited), and cheese on a shelf. Ice cream is good, but pricey. Don’t go out of your way for this location.
