Our ship, the Victory 1 tied up here for the day to explore Windsor and Detroit. We could see our sister ship across the river tied up along the Detroit Riverfront. Beautiful park.

While on a quick trip to Windsor, we stopped by the Riverfront and walked along 2.6km of the river walk. There are lots of sculptures to look at and even a few playgrounds along the way. It’s a nice family area as there is plenty...More

A very long and nice walking and bike path along the river. There are interesting things to see as you go, including a playground.

Taking a walk along the river is so peaceful, watching the boats and ships go by. We liked the morning with a cup of coffee. So relaxing prior to returning to Caesars Casino for a nice breakfast. If it is a little cool a sweater...More

We went for a walk here while staying at Caesar's Casino. It is a great place for a walk in the summer time. We also came here for the Ford Fireworks this past June. Another good experience.

We love the riverfront! It’s a great place to hangout and walk! Wonderful views of Detroit. We wish that Detroit would have had the forethought to develop their riverfront like this!!

My husband and I decided to venture over from Detroit and visit the Canadian riverfront. There was a festival going on when we visited. We didn’t get the name, but it was during Labor Day Weekend. The riverfront has a garden (Dieppe Garden) which is...More

Not that I am aware of. If you are visiting Windsor during warm season it is a good idea to take a boat tour. I saw two tour operators selling tickets: Diamond Jack and one more (forgot the name). Various options are... More
