We went here to kill some time before a walking tour started and it proved to be a relaxing place to wait. The homeless are there early in the morning and then move elsewhere for the tourists to come in. All of the activity is fun to watch. Is it Times Square? Not quite but it was nice.

Yonge-Dundas Square in Downtown Toronto is a large, busy area of the city. We arrived at a good time. It was busy, with shops open, lots of traffic and a great show called Africa Fashion Week! A spectacular show! This square is beautiful, lovely to walk around and great for photos.

Lots of great shops and restaurants! I always have a great talking walking around this area with my fiance and/or with friends. A lot of cool events happen here too as well as claimed great street performers

This neon lit, public space, akin to New York Times Square, was teeming with people! It's at the intersection of Yonge and Dundas Streets. Avoid the area if you do not like crowds! However, we enjoyed strolling through the area and experiencing the vibe. The space has been designed for hosting public events like community festivals, product launches, concerts and international celebrations.

As many have mentioned, this is a smaller version of New York’s Times Square. Definitely worth a visit if this is your first time here and to take pictures and videos. A few homeless people around and also people people on loud speakers preaching which ruins the atmosphere a bit but there’s lots of stores here , cinema and Eaton Centre Shopping Mall.

As many have said, a little version of times square. A lot of shops and restaurants around, but I wish I'd spent more time at other attractions, e.g. Royal Ontario Museum. Go if you have time but perhaps not a must see.

This is a large, outdoor square where many locals/tourists gather. Here you can find many street performers and artists. It’s also located near many attractions (dining, shopping etc). You could even take a seat and people watch the whole time.

The Yonge-Dundas Square or just Dundas Square is a public square at the southest corner of the intersection of Yonge Street and Dundas Street East in Downtown. When I stood on this square, I was really overwhelmed by the huge advertising posters on the skyscrapers. I was there in the evening, but everything was very bright because of the neon signs. The place is not very beautiful, but what it is, it is totally alive. There is always something going on there.
