Located in a renovated Victorian house, this two-in-one club boasts a large outdoor patio. Crews is a gay bar for men, and it is known for its pubby atmosphere and its drag shows, which start at 11pm on Wednesday through Sunday. The adjoining Tango...more
The security guards are rude and they treat you like garbage before you enter the club especially the short black dyke guard with the locks. The bartenders act as if their doing you a favor. Drinks are expensive for such a small amount. All of...More
Arrived just after they opened. Very unfriendly. I believe all the negative reviews about their security people. And, the place is very dingy and smells awful. Decided to stick it out a bit longer and glad we did. The drag queens were tops. Funny, engaging...More
Never give a drag queen any coins...I went to this bar and have for over 30 years. I had my last $5 (2 toonies and a loonie) and enjoyed the performer on stage so decided to give it to "her" as appreciation for the show....More

I was so super excited to hit up a Gay Bar upon my arrival in Toronto. I've been to so many gay bars all over the world but none of them come close to being as bad as this one. Here are some of the...More
Security guys being abusive and treating people with no respect, pushing people and violating physical integrity.
The inside worn and overpriced, overall dirty especially toilets.
Better stay away if you want to have a good evening. There are better places in Toronto.
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of
vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
