We went to the studios not because of the studios but because of the Glenn Gould Statue outside. A bronze bench with the legendary piano player invites all his fans to take a seat next to him and get a photograph taken. To whom this...More
I attended a corporate event at the CBC's Glenn Gould Studio. The sound and lighting were first class and the seats were very comfortable. There were no bad sight lines. My only complaint is that the adjoining "lounge" was too small for the number of...More
My husband and I went to see Roxanna " Exotica " We had a great time and a lot of fun. She's a very nice singer and the flamenco dancer were wonderful. It was a fabulous show.

Wow! I have recorded and attended concerts here and am continually impressed by the intimate setting and acoustics contained within.
If you have a chance to attend a concert there or record, do not hesitate! What an amazing experience!

Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
