Haven't been to second city in many years, so when my dad asked if I wanted to go, grabbed the chance and booked tickets. The great: fantastic sketch comedy, with dead on "voice" of the characters - one sketch had them as 9th graders and it was so dead on I was wincing with remembered pain of being that age... More

2016 Sketch Revue and improv was very professional and laugh out loud funny. Very fast moving from sketch to sketch and nice incorporation of current political issues

This was a nice change from the normal comedy club experience, its sketch comedy at its best. The best is the improve sketch at the end

We've been to Second City shows before and this one lived up to our expectations. Had dinner at Gretzky's first, which was very convenient. Seating can get cramped. We sat at the rail, which slightly elevated us and made it easy to see the stage. The staff takes orders for snacks and beverages. A worthwhile evening. Enjoy.

Went here with another couple for a night out while in Toronto. Best money spent! Laughed the entire time, drinks were delish and the service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

We go to Second City every time we are in Toronto. If you like comedy and a variety, this is the place for you. Don't waste money on comedy clubs that may or may not have funny comedians. The cast are first class professionals and very funny. The topics covered are vast and include some political satire as well as... More

From start to finish doesn't fail to keep you laughing. My ribs hurt the next day. The cast are a brilliant group of functional disfunctionals. I would definitely recommend spending time here. Very in-expensive night of entertainment.

We saw The hotline always blings twice. Good skits. Very funny at times. One skit had my face hurting I was laughing so hard. If you are looking for a fun night out check it out.

This is a great thing to do in Toronto. Even if you're not Canadian, you'll get most of the jokes! The whole cast is great and the atmosphere is fun. Must do!

Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
