I took my dad to the summer tarts course taught by Lindsay. This was the second time I took my dad to a class as he loves to try baking new things. I would highly recommend the courses at Le Dolci and specifically with Lindsay - it was organized, fun and easy. A great way to bond with family or... More

This was my first time taking a pastry class and it was so much fun. We made doughnuts with Lindsey, she was a great teacher, very knowledgeable and made this class a great experience! I will definitely be taking another class here!

I first visited Le Dolci as part of the Tasty Tours Trinity-Bellwoods Chocolate Tour and was intrigued by the classes offered. I signed up for the croissant and eclair class with Lindsay and it was excellent. In the short period of two hours on a Tuesday night we covered all the basics and left with plenty of dough to fill... More

The class was hosted by Lindsey who was ably supported by Emily and Patricia. It was a great cooking lesson where the attendees got their hands right into the Pate a Choux. Lindsey is an enthusiastic instructor who makes sure the class moves along but everyone gets personal attention. The follow up materials that were sent out were complete and... More

Thank you Lindsay and Wendy for a great time. Lindsay gave the most informative baking class I have ever attended! The complimentary cupcakes were absolutely delicious, the only ones in Toronto so far that are super moist and light I prefer my cakes not too sweet so they are perfect!!

I had an absolute blast learning to make doughnuts at this class! Lindsey was a phenomenal teacher and really made it all so easy. I recommend this class for a fun girls day or even just for yourself! It's cathartic, fun and then you get to eat doughnuts throughout! So so fun.

Staying in Little Italy

Neighborhood Profile
Little Italy
Toronto's Little Italy is a city hotspot for cafe culture and nightlife. There's something for everyone in Little Italy, apparent from the cross-section of clubbers in glitzy dresses, and elderly couples arm-in-arm heading to their favorite wine or pasta spot. Cafes spill onto the wide sidewalks, pool lounges and bars are always teeming with noise and activity, and both outdoor and indoor marketplaces are packed with fresh fish, cured meats, and pungent cheeses. All of the activity makes it a perfect spot for people-watching, especially over a nice glass of red wine or a quick and sumptuous slice of pizza at one of the many eateries or trattorias in the area.
