The tour was easy to book and offered the convenience of a hotel pickup. Our guide was not as bubbly as some, but grew up in the Niagara area and was able to offer lots of local color. The itinerary included stops at a winery specializing in ice wine, the town of Niagara, a truly wet trip on a Hornblower... More

What an amazing experience to the Niagara falls. Crystal made the entire journey extremely enjoyable with her knowledge and her little stories and Chris the driver was a very able partner - many thanks to them both. Paid an interesting visit to a wine company and spent some time in Niagara town itself which was absolutely beautiful. Then it was... More

Chose the tour which included lunch and boat cruise. Couldn't rate it highly enough. Tour guide Judy was brilliant .. Learnt more about Toronto and Niagara ( and a few other things) from Judy than we would have reading! Pointed out some great highlights on the way. Coach was comfy and clean. Winery was pleasant stop, time to stretch legs.... More

The tour includes visiting a winery and Niagara on the Lake and really beautiful place then onto Niagara Falls for lunch then the inclusive boat trip under the falls - there is plenty of time to spend at the falls and personally being a non drinker the visit to the winery could be dropped and more time spent at Niagara... Visited Toronto with friends and took the Gray Line day trip to Niagara Falls. Our tour guide, Crystal, and driver, Pete, helped make the day most enjoyable and the boat ride to the falls was terrific! Also enjoyed the beautiful little city, Niagara-at-the- Falls.

We chose the Hop-On, Hop-Off City Tour of Toronto. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. Our tour guide for half the time was Dale. We LOVED him. The other tour guides we experienced throughout the day were also enjoyable and informative. The buses ran as scheduled/advertised, every 15 minutes. After having a horrible experience with our Gray... More

We were recommended this company for a Falls tour by our hotel concierge and we're glad that we did. The bus was about 10 minutes late in picking us up, but the early morning traffic in the city was heavy so no problem for us there. After a couple of pick ups we left the city and throughout the journey... More

The pick-up was nearly an hour late and it took half an hour to get to the Toronto bus station (10 minutes walk) and other pick-ups before we actually left the city centre. Outside the central area, the coach stopped to swop passengers with another following coach. The guide explained all this by saying that they had forgotten how bad... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
