Great massages, that's about it.

Visited the spa with my boyfriend using a groupon. The groupon included a couple's massage, salt cave session and access to the rest of the facilities (pool, sauna). We started... read more

Visited the Caesars Windsor spa at windsor arms in October. The poor side of this hotel came at the spa which is not owned by the casino, it is owned, operated and leased by a hotel company from Toronto and is called the spa at windsor arms. We had a couples massage for my wife and I. Checked in 30... More

Visited the spa with my boyfriend using a groupon. The groupon included a couple's massage, salt cave session and access to the rest of the facilities (pool, sauna). We started with our massages which were VERY nice. The masseuses were both very kind and seemed very experienced. My boyfriend commented it was one of the best massages he'd ever had.... More

Had great recommendations from a friend. The place is very dated and needs repair. I had 10 minutes before my massage and wanted to use the dry sauna. The just turned it up and said it will take 10-20 minutes to work. When I went in there, loud noises were coming and I had to leave. My gown had a... More

I don't know much about spa experiences, but I opted for the salt cave session on a recent visit to the Windsor Arms Spa. The staff was friendly, the spa was smaller than I had expected, and the salt cave was definitely relaxing. I enjoyed a very pleasant morning!

My friend and I were weary on coming here due to the not so favourable reviews, however our experience was excellent. We both had the green tea detox package, which included a body scrub, wrap, massaging lotion application and a scalp massage. Daniela was taking care of my treatment and the client service was exceptional. She is very polite, courteous... More

Had been looking forward to this and was very disappointed. From steam showers not working to a makeshift couples room where we could hear the conversations from the manicures stations outside, the noise of the women's changeroom door opening and closing, as well as the smell of oil paint in the room itself. One therapist was good, one was mediocre.... More

I had a couple's massage at the windsor arms and everything was amazing and professional from the RMT's to the spa receptionist. The front desk lady at the spa took the time to talk to us and answer all of the questions we had. The RMT's were very accommodating and they took the time to talk to us before the... More

I did enjoy a lovely massage however the experience around the massage was disappointing. I've visited this spa quite a few times over the last 12 years or so and although there were renovations made, the quality of the Spa has gone down. The changing rooms were always small, but they've now put two treatment rooms within the change rooms... More

My girlfriend and I visited last week on Christmas Eve with the Groupon deal. I understand sometimes the arrangement (ex: the way of posting checks) may be different if the guest is bringing some coupon, that is why I indicated, when I was calling to make a reservation, that we are using the Groupon deal. HOWEVER, that did not make... More

I am not surprised to read the review below. I was shocked by the terrible customer service and appalling conditions of the spa. Nobody was there to greet us when we checked in, all the staff was apparently new and didn't know how to operate the computer, where the change rooms were (I was shown to a bathroom instead), where... Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
