Went on a weekday around 5pm and it wasn't too busy at all. It wasn't too loud went we went which was nice and no lines for using the showers after. Just used the waters for about 2 hours. Hair dryers, q-tips, cotton ball, lotion and make-up wipes are provided for free which was nice. They had just raised the... More

I read all the reviews prior to booking and decided to book early in the day (weekday) to avoid the loud crowds everyone comments on. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff and given a tour. There was only about 6 people there the entire time we were there (we stayed for 4 hours) so it was nice... More

Went here with my sister on a Saturday afternoon... Very relaxing doing the waters circuit, but quite a few groups were very loud in the main pool area and especially annoying in the QUIET sauna, and not conscientious entering and leaving the room so that so much heat escaped!! Steam room was incredibly hot so do not over do yourself!... More

Went here with mom and sister. Massage was just okay. Not worth the money even with insurance coverage. The scrub was very nice. Also love the water pools. Will come back for the facial and body scrubs but not the massages.

Lovely spa! Great facilities that are modern and clean. Super layout of pools and saunas made everything easy to use. Sound of waterfalls makes a wonderful background noise that is soothing, allows for quiet chatting among friends, yet also insulates you from the conversations of others - brilliant! My friend and I also had the body bake. I can't say... More

Was part of a bachelorette weekend away in Toronto with a day trip to body blitz. Everything was clean, awesome, relaxing, and invigorating. Whether in the hot water, cold water, sauna, or steam room, it all helped us ease our muscles and have an enjoyable time. Would love to see an update in the decor though.

I love spas and go very often. I usually go to Spa Scandinave in Montreal...Body Blitz is pale by comparison. We took our mum for her birthday, to the King location. The space reminds of a high school gym with an indoor pool - it didn't really seem that any thought was put into the decor here, every thing is... More

Discovered this with a friend and we booked in to use the waters and have a massage. We went late morning and it was great. The waters, the atmosphere, the massage, we loved it all. We both left feeling totally relaxed having spent a good few hours there. There is a strong sense of maintaining the quiet atmosphere there (numerous... More

I heard about this place and was intrigued by the waters. The steam is great, very hot and smells lovely. The pools are also very nice. I had a one hour massage which was an interesting experience. There were certain areas I didn't want worked on which the therapist questioned and looked really confused. I just told her as a... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
