Had an amazing time!

Couldn't believe there was a beach like this in Toronto! I wish I would've taken a risk going here earlier! It's a nice beach with decent sand and nice lake water. Loved the... read more

Great place to spend the day! Great view of the city, nice beaches, and love to rent a bicycle built for 2 or 4 and tour the island.

Hanlan's point is part of Toronto's islands, accessible by ferry from the Jack Layton ferry terminal at Queen's Quay and Bay Street. It's home to expansive parkland, walking and biking trails, and Toronto's only clothing optional beach. There is also a clothed section nearby. If you're going to get naked, make sure you're in the right area! Same goes for... More

By being clothing optional, the beach attracts people who come just to stare at the ones that are indeed nude. Real nudists do not care about others. It is about being yourself and being comfortable. Unfortunately this concept is lost in a clothing optional beach. We went there a few times years ago when it was still confidential. Now it... More

There is a clothing optional beach which is clean and always has the best sun sets. The beach is gay friendly. One of the best places to watch the sun set or the Toronto International Air Show. In the later summer months you can actually swim in the water and it is refreshing and very clean.

Couldn't believe there was a beach like this in Toronto! I wish I would've taken a risk going here earlier! It's a nice beach with decent sand and nice lake water. Loved the fact that the environment was really friendly and I didn't feel awkward being nude on the beach as I initially thought I would feel. I definitely did... More

The beach is split into two halves. One is a clothing optional beach whilst the other is mandatory. There's a nice cafe just behind the beach with a BBQ during the summer months. Personally I prefer Center Island as its a bit busier however if you are after somewhere quiet and out of the way, this is a good place... More

Went to see the air show. Great spot - and a very nice beach with a chilled atmosphere. Clothing optional - but really only a few seemed to be taking advantage of that and those that were were almost all male. Still - would go back - as my wife and I enjoyed the care free adult atmosphere.

Beautiful clothing optional beach on the Toronto islands. Super chilled atmosphere with a great mix of people. Arrive by 11am on weekends if you want more choice of spots on the beach, it can get very busy by mid-afternoon.

Hanlan’s point is the most secluded part of the Toronto Island paradise except the wire fenced Toronto City Airport which is the far west end of the islands. It can be reached by Toronto Island ferries departing at Jack Layton Ferry Terminal in Lakeshore. The closest dock is the Hanlan’s Point. There is a café over there which I am... More

Ive been to Hanlan's Point a few times now and I love it there, its awesome having this Oasis so close to the downtown core. The water quality is great, especially compared to other beaches in the city. Its got a secluded feeling as you have to walk through the bush a bit to reach the beach (but they are... More
