Pick up around 9 from a few hotels close to the Toronto airport. The tour guide was nice and gave us history/information about the surrounding area on the road trip down. The bus is pretty old and it's a tight squeeze to fit your legs in. There is free wifi on the bus which is nice. We stopped at a... More

This was my family's first trip to Toronto. I booked this tour so we could see Niagara Falls. The tour guide, Eli, seemed personable and picked us up on time. Our one complaint is the A/C on the bus. It was at least 90 degrees (fahrenheit) outside and the bus had either no or very little A/C. The ride is... More

First and foremost , the tour " guide" was late at our hotel. Then, a guest with a small child on the " shuttle bus" took off to the restroom and we were delayed again for the start of the journey. Our driver/tour host was " apparently Sick" thus, not muttering more than a few words during the trip from... More

Our driver/tour guide was Walter. He stepped into the breach when the regular driver was unavailable. Walter was a fantastic guide. Friendly and informative with a great sense of humour. He gave us all the information relevant to the tour without overkill. He went over and above his duties, running around getting all the tickets for us and making sure... More

This tourist agency that offers tours to the Niagara Falls is very professional. They are nice people who know very well their job, The guide explained well and with detail along the way, and we visited wonderful places like the small city Niagara Falls on the Lake. It was a quite nice experience, and not expensive for the duration and... More

Pickup was prompt and the drive was comfortable. I only had two issues with the tour: 1) The driver told us to meet at the Sheraton to go for the buffet lunch but he did not indicate where to meet beyond at the hotel. He also did not arrive early and scolded us when we went up to the restaurant... More

After the expected hotel pickups our driver took us to Niagara Falls giving us perhaps too much geological detail as to how they came about. There was a short comfort break on the way before we got to the falls. We were dropped off and given less than an hour before our lunch pickup. We could, I suppose, have passed... More

Dear rolypope, Thanks for reviewing Airlink Niagara falls Tours. we understand your concerns on less time at falls, we have about 9 hours long tour in which we have to do bunch of things, including boat, lunch, ice wine tasting, whirlpool, clock, Niagara on the lake and more. Therefore we have to time everything according. Regarding Niagara on the lake,... More

I was initially considering organizing the trip from Toronto by myself, but then opted for this tour as it simplifies so many things (especially the transport and the boat ride without any queuing in the scorching sun). Everything worked as advertised. The small group size made it possible to stick to our schedule. The guide and driver were very interactive... More

We, even our teenagers, enjoyed the tour very much. Everything went very smoothly; hardly any waitingtime anywhere. The buffet with view over the falls was excellent. Our guide/driver was friendly and service minded.

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
