In a very busy area of Toronto is this lovely calm Queen's park, with a marvellous statue of Queen Victoria and some very well maintained gardens, also a spectacular world war memorial, well worth a visit.

This is the park that surrounds the Ontario Legislature buildings. It is immediately in front of the parliament buildings as well as on the east side of University Avenue (where the memorial to fallen firemen is found). The park is surrounded by government office towers...More

Usually walk through here for work. It’s a nice and usually pretty quiet park. Lots of students during the school year. Nice architecture by campus as well.

Don't bother going to this park, it's pretty awful. We'd walked all day and went out of our way to go here, it was just a mess. So disappointing. Avoid!

The park is nice, but it is currently under construction so it put a hindrance on our family's photo scavenger hunt.

A place to go, to walk through or to ride a bike. Relaxing ambience. When I came for a walk, there was people meditating in a ioga class. Really beautiful place to stay for a while and recover some energy.

It's a good spot for a 'brown bag' lunch on one of the park benches. Lots of old trees and feel safe.

We walked down to see the legislative building and walk around the grounds, it’s just a large field of dandelions. Don’t waste your time here.

If you are in the area, Queen's Park is worth a visit. In the summer months it is a great place to escape the hot sun, but it is beautiful to see all year round.
