This is home to the Toronto Botanical Gardens. Trails wind through Sunnybrook Park to the Don Valley south of Eglington. Every third Thursday evening in the summer there are free music concerts.

A nice place to be one with nature . It is a well maintained park, so serene and beautiful. Nice place to walk around , meditate or just sit and relax.

Edward Gardens is a great place to go just to wander and appreciate nature. Some parts are better maintained than others, but being in the ravine, you can't beat the fresh air.

If you happen to be north then visit but I don't think you need to spend time travelling here if you are staying in the city.

Free parking Big park Nice for pic nic, playing sports, walking and admiring the nature. I go there often. Week days are not busy but weekends are packed sometimes. Go early to get parking :)

A short distance from Edwards gardens is Sunnybrook Park. It will accommodate groups of 30 people. There are very large picnic areas all the way up and when you get there. That would be a better choice. Love the area.

The beauty of the gardens are best seen in the warmer weather when the plants are blooming.
