If 0 stars was an option, that would reflect my experience with the shop. I had originally posted a poor review of this store in June, which has been taken down. On June 2nd 2018, 1,000,000 comix attended Niagara Falls Comic Con where I purchased...More
I have 2 self confessed needy teens who dragged me along to this store. It's not my thing at all but my feedback is that it is well organised with an enormous amount of comics and related merchandise.

We had researched comic shops before visiting from Scotland and this was on the list. We decided to take a walk up Yonge street and check this out. Really shouldn't have bothered. The staff were rude - rather than inviting customers in they made it...More
An incredible number and variety of comics and related items await you here. My 7 year-old son was in heaven. We were able to pick up the latest episode of his favourite and snagged a bunch that were on sale for $1. Lots of fun.

At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of
vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
