- AerowingMonee, Illinois5,951 contributionsNice SignNice sign that lights up when the sun goes down although one of the lights in the sign wasn’t working. There’s a nice area to sit with a pond in front of the sign. Nice view of the skylines and there’s a nice church on the corner to check out. Now, if you can only get the people who are too ignorant to move away from the sign to get a nice shot would it would be perfect.Visited September 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten September 28, 2023

I was there with family and when we were there everyone seemed to have the same idea as it was busy! Lots of people taking pix with the sign in the background. My cousin said that the circular symbol next to the T denotes the native tribes which is really good to recognise. It's a good place to visit when you are in Toronto if you are looking for that perfect picture.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 17, 2023
- Stefan OvertonColchester, United Kingdom231 contributionsTop tip for lots of tourists.Went here in Jan 24 when it was winter. The fountain turns into an ice rink in the Winter Season and there were a lot of people trying to take pictures with the sign. Top tip: Take a picture with the sign backwards and then flip your picture afterwards. Not many people think to do this and I had a lot less people near me taking pictures with the sign because of this.Visited January 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten February 9, 2024

Was googling all the To-Dos in Toronto and didn’t want to miss this place .. beautiful background and loved the Toronto wordings .. best spot to take family photos … it was crowded though . Loved the water fountain and kids enjoyed . Missed seeing this after hours . I’m sure the lighting is awesome in the dark . … was a long walk to this place though. We weren’t sure of tram routes and had to walk 25 mins to reach this place …

I wanted more than anything to see and pose in front of this sign. This is one of two reasons I wanted to visit Toronto. Lots of people and just amazing especially with the fountains and the city hall in the background. Whenever in Toronto this is an absolute must see!

What is this? A manufactured tourist spot? The place is full of people whose abode is under the open sky. We were offered to buy so many dodgy stuffs, like unscrupulous things. We found this place to be more of annoyance than anything!

Colorful sign to take nice pictures with it in the background. I’m glad I chose to take pictures at night because the sign lights up.

Busy, very busy tourist area. You'll be lucky if you can get a decent solo picture here with the numbers of people that it attracts. The lights on the sign at night make it looks better.

Take the iconic photo here. You're missing out if you don't. There's plenty to do in the area, so it's worth coming to the square.

This amazingly is one of the iconic locations in Toronto. It's the spot where everyone comes to have their pictures taken. Always someone waiting to sit by the sign
