Very busy restaurant which manages to get you in and out between shows without even feeling rushed. Great staff - very friendly and helpful - and lots of choices on the menu so something for everyone.

On our way to see a Shakespeare play but needed to eat. Didn’t want junk food so stopped in at this restaurant and had a quick pint and a great s sandwich. A quick lunch - Not too much food. Just enough. Great half sandwich and a side of soup salad or fries. The soup and salad were great too.

I have visited Bentley's for pub fare on several trips to Stratford. This time, I went with my husband, my sister and her family (husband and 2 kids under 12). They have a kid's menu and prices are generally decent compared to other restaurants in the area. I ordered the Fish and Chips, while my husband ordered the Pork Burger and a cider. Overall, everyone was satisfied with their meals, service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed.

We called Bentley’s last minute. They had one room left in the Annex across the street for $195. It was located on the 3rd floor. The pluses of the room were: it was huge, had a seating area in front of a gas fireplace that you could control as you liked. The bathroom was very large. There is free parking and the wifi worked well. There was a fridge and a coffee maker. There is a stereo. There were 2 queen sized beds and it was clean. On the minus side, there is no one working after hours, although you are given an emergency number at check-in. There is no elevator. The shower was aimed weirdly at the shower door so when you opened the door to get in, water went all over. It could not be adjusted. The bathroom had a very large whirlpool tub that just looked a bit dated. Some of the towels needed replacing. This hotel is located right across from Rheo Thompson Candies which we love! It also has a Coffee Culture around the corner. It is smack in the middle of downtown Stratford so you can walk to the theatres, bars, and shopping.

Chicken burger... new one on their menu.. dry, overdone chicken. The fries, for all of us there, were awful... maybe refried? Not crispy & not tasty... almost leathery. Everyone else's food was just OK... Reuben sandwich, fish & chips, another sandwich. Service was OK.
