Germain Park is a gem! Beautifully manicured park with soft walkways, large trees, flowering gardens, community garden plots, restored F86 Sabre jet memorial, even a meditation garden! A large area on one side of Germain is for sporting activities. Enter off East Street, with large/free parking, to easy access to garden areas. Cameras and walking shoes recommended.

We were here for a soccer tournament in another area of the park. Lovely flowers and shrubs. Shady and serene. Located near sports venues. Accessible for wheel chairs and excellent for walking. Not crowded as many may not be aware of this gem. Maintenance staff should be proud of their work. There are a number of areas to park vehicles.

This park is kept in pristine condition for the times I've visited,Sarnia really needs to promote there parks more,we are so fortunate to live in this area.The grounds are impeccably kept,hats off to the staff that do such a remarkable job in maintaining the flower beds and pathways.Its such a great place for anybody that's into photography .

What an amazing locale to fal into and get lost in all the flowers, trees, shrubs, meandering pathways, bushes, benches to relax on...going to be the perfect location for a clients wedding this weekend! Dont miss a walk through in this hidden gem!

Germain Park is absolutely stunning and offers a wide variety of well maintained and trimmed, trees, shrubs & plants . Worth the time to visit as i gaurantee you that it will leave you in a good frame of mind.

Has Washrooms, Area for dogs!!!! Several species of trees!! Flowers!! Community garden area where citizens of sarnia can rent plots!!

We went looking for a cool shady place to do Tai Chi. What a surprise to find this nugget of gold. A lot less crowded than the other parks around and the flowers are beautiful. Great maintenance being done and parking was close to entrance. Wonderful for handicapped.

Very lovely and manicured ..... a special place for wedding, prom or family photos.....entertainment occasionally ...outdoor concerts etc. usually Thursday eves through summer months.

We visited Germain Park during a recent visit in Sarnia. The park has facilities for many sports but the gardens in the park are beautiful.. We visited in August when most of the plantings were at their best. The are a couple of large green houses on site where no doubt many of the plants were raised from seedlings by the very capable city staff. Truly these gardens are a well kept secret and should be a stop for tourists to Sarnia---well done
