My family and I attended a game this past Saturday (March 4th). We were a large group of 35 attending a 67's game.

The lack of accessibility at the arena is astounding! The wheelchair ramp was completely covered in snow and had to be cleared before it couldn't even be accessed by a family member in our party until we found someone to clear the way.

In 2023 this is completely unacceptable! Anytime we spoke to someone about the issue we were told "it is an old building".

That excuse is poor at best and if the ramp can not even be cleared of snow that has nothing to do with the building being old.

It maybe costly but make the upgrades needed so everyone can access events.

We were there last night, the place is nice, buying food or drink is really expensive. My main complaint is about the parking. The parking spots are not marked well, so there were lots of people who were wandering around looking for their cars. Getting out of the underground parking not so good. Get ready to breathe in lots of carbon monoxide from all the cars idling in a poorly vented underground parking waiting to get out. The parking attendants were validating every single car's parking ticket, then raise the barrier gate and lower it again. This is while you are breathing in all the cars exhaust fumes!
WHY NOT JUST OPEN THE GATES, EVERYONE HAS ALREADY PAID ON THE WAY IN!!!

Went for the AC/DC show, which was great. Everything else about this place is crap! Other than a couple of bars and restaurants, there is nothing in this part of the city. Parking is ridiculous!!! Who builds a football stadium and then has no parking available? It is great to expect people to use transit, but at the end of an event transit is a nightmare. Ottawa has got to look at how stupid this entire area is.

We decided to try an Ottawa 67s game instead of the Ottawa Senators and it was great fun and an excellent price. Our tickets behind the bench, parking, and dinner were less than one equivalent ticket at the CT Centre.
The area was pretty easy to get to and we pre-purchased parking so didn't have to worry about a spot.
We walked around the area a bit and then had dinner at Milestones, there are 6-10 restaurants in the immediate area and all within a very short stroll to the arena.
The seats were right behind the glass at the visitors bench. It was a neat experience but hard to see the whole game with the coach and players standing up. The seats themselves were pretty small with not a lot of legroom, probably the same as CT Centre.
The big screen was a huge help in keeping track when we couldn't see the play and for replays.
Leaving was pretty easy as well, much faster than getting out of CT Centre.
I would recommend a visit, we'll try a Redblack's game in the summer.

The venue is old and cramped and doesn't have the proper facilities and infrastructure to hold any kind of event over a thousand people in the summer. The A/C is atrocious, so any event held in late spring, summer and early fall, should be avoided until the climate control is fixed. I can't comment on the cooler or colder months on how the ice will hold up during hockey season, since I never attended a winter event at this venue.

We enjoyed our recent visit for women's world cup matches. The stadium was perfect sized venue with great site lines and covered roof on one side which helped with crowd noise atmosphere. Parking is limited but bus service for us dropped us right in front of stadium. There are lots of restaurants and pubs close by for before and after the games.

We went and saw Trevor Noah there the other night and drove there. We decided to park nearby if available (as underground parking was all pre-sold out) and because the traffic was so bad we circumvented the area and parked at Billings Bridge, as was suggested. Because traffic was so bad and it was going to take 23 min for the last km, we hopped off the bus and hiked the last km on unplowed and slippery sidewalks. Why build such a huge venue if there is absolutely no parking and sketchy bus service? The seats inside the area are very small with little leg room. Finally, 5 toilets is not enough ( yes I know there is another washroom with more “seats” however manoeuvring around when the next show was trying to get in was mayhem.

I attended the home opener against the SK Riders. Sat in Sec Y. No sound for the first 3 quarters. Why? I contacted customer service. Mitch says at least you had sound for 4th quarter. How sad is that? You know what? It OSEG cannot organize its sound system for the home opener, I am so over TD Place! Watch the CFL characters on TSN instead. The saddest part is they named this place after my bank! Great bank, wish OSEG rose to the challenge.

Following taking our daughter/son-in-law to dinner we attended the RedBlacks game. The seats were very close to the field and we all very much enjoyed the game. Great environment. After the game was finished we walked down to the field and were able to get our photo taken with #20 - what an amazing guy! Made their day/month/year!

We attended a Red Blacks game and had a great time. Stadium is great and the Landsdowne centre is good.
