Lots of midway games, bowling, mini golf, bumper cars, train ride, wall climbing, this place has everything. My son drove bumper cars for the first time and he was so excited. The teenagers running the place were very friendly and actually professional. It was not a peak time and the kids were able to ride over and over. We paid about $20 for unlimited rides for our son and some tokens. This was a half price deal. I think the prices would have been expensive except for the half price deal. If it was a peak time you would not be able to get your money's worth.

My husband and I brought our two sons (ages 8 and 4) to midway today and we were pleasantly surprised. We played 79.99 and had unlimited access to all attractions, received 80 tokens and got a large pizza as well as a pitcher of a beverage included in that price. My children spent the most time in the amazing jungle gym. The thing is huge! They had such a blast there and the bouncy castle was Inflated and supervised. We moved on to mini-putt, bowling, arcade games, bumper cars, a train ride and rock wall climbing . My kids only got 30 tickets from the games but left with a small bag of candy each. I read the other reviews and in my experience the bathroom was quite clean and the staff was sufficient and helpful. I also witnessed some birthday party groups going into the jungle gym area and I was impressed by how the employees Sat the groups down and went over the rules and expectations before setting the kids loose. My kids were so exhausted after about 5 hours of hard play. We will be back for sure.

We visited Midway with kids after complete disappointment at FUN ZONE and found them to be better with more generous prices. Still more expensive than average arcade in the states but plenty of arcade, game, claw machine choices, not to mention 6D roller coaster show that's a great choice for any child or adult afraid to board a real coaster.
We paid $50 for 170 tokens and would have rated this place very good or excellent if all games were 1-2 tokens, but many very basic games and claw machines were 4 tokens with hard settings making price pulling nearly impossible. All in all, worth a visit.

You wouldn't know it by searching on-line but this place shut its doors mid-February 2019. Their website domain is available however they haven't yet disconnected their phone - but no one answers - all you can do is leave a message.
Went there to confirm and sure enough sign on the door says "closed". Saw a number of cars with families pull up, read the sign and drive away.
The only reference to its closing is on the maaca dot org bulletin board.

I was not impressed with the people working here. All machines work terribly, eating tokens and not spitting out enough tickets... when mentioning this to staff and asking for help, we felt like we were bothering them. One staff member (I believe she was the supervisor) was so rude. Didn't say a word to us as she was "helping," at one point she almost pushed my kids aside to open a machine.
Air quality in this place is bad. Hot/stuffy. Place is run down, dirty. For the price they charge, it should be cleaner in there.
Overall my kids had fun. But I will not be coming back.

Avoid this place, it's dirty and the worst service I have ever seen. the jungle gym is so uncomfortable that we didn’t even play in it . The restaurant is always closed. I regret my time waisted and money.

Midway Family Fun Park has the most awesome laser tag called Spy Games!! Adults and kids from our group had the best time. We had been to other laser tag places before but like our kids said: "this place was the coolest and most realistic". The men in our group were impressed by how much this game resembled the video games they play. Even the women liked it, like they say: "no pain no mess"!

I attended for the first time with my grandchildren who were 2 and 4. Found the place dated and felt the air quality was not good. (It was like it was not air conditioned)(hot and stuffy). I have gone to many places and found this not family friendly and very expensive for what I got. They recommended my 4 year old would be fine on the bumper cars and after one ride I saw that she was not in control of the car, so removed her for safety. Was told later at the desk that they never had a problem with 4 year olds and the bumper cars - that all the 4 year olds were fine on them., As this activity was unlimited rides and we couldn't use it because of safety concerns, I let the 2 year old in the little play area. I figured this was a free play area. Immediately, I was approached by a staff member and told to remove her as this was not part of the package. (order given in a very uncaring manner). My 4 year old was trying to find the place to enter the jungle gym and no staff member was around to ask question regarding this. I had to walk to the front of the store to ask for assistance. (this is not easy with a 2 and 4 year old to watch and been in your 70's). The packages you have to buy are expensive for what you get and very hard to accommodate 2 children of different ages, especially a 2 year old. When I was leaving, rather than note my dissatisfaction, the employee just wanted to argue her side of the experience.

When we visited last fall after moving back to Ottawa, we found the "new" Midway Family park to be nothing like it used to be. We used to host our kids birthdays at the previous location which was clean and in great condition. This place is one we won't return to. May of the games and machines weren't even working, dirty facilities and unfriendly staff. The girls at the counter were impatient and unwilling to really explain packages, despite us spending over $100 during our visit.
If you are looking for an indoor place to spend time, check out Fun Haven instead.

After going to Fun Haven and then Midway! I seriously think Fun Haven is the "Best Place" to go with your kids!!
Midway is short on staff and the service is very slow! The games are either broken or work poorly! All the front windows, countertops and the whole place are very dirty.
I will never go back until they clean up their act!! Also, keep the bathroom clean and smelling nice!!

What are your hours and do we have to wait in long line ups to go the jungle gym and games. Are there any restaurants. Is it just first come first served. PRICES?
