We took the 90 min. Tour it was very good. Our guide Marcel & bus driver Peter was a lot of fun, & very informative. We saw a lot that we wouldn't have seen if we just walked around.

Yes. You're on a bus but they do have an upper deck which is not covered.

During the week you have to pay for street parking on Sunday there is free parking and on the weekend you can park at the world exchange for free.

Caution to those who are taking day tours in Ottawa: Purchased a two day trip with Lady Dive Tours in Ottawa... hop-on-hop-off double decker trolley tours from their kiosk on Elgin street. Provided a schedule that designated the time for pick ups from a far-from-town Aviation Museum. At the pick up area 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and 20 minutes after....the bus did not come by....the museum closed. Forced to get a cab home....when submitted a request for reimbursement for the $15...More

For those visitors that find themselves in the same situation as traveler4000 and don't want to spend $15 on a taxi, you should be aware that you can catch a #129 OC Transpo bus at the aviation museum, which will get you to Hurdman station in 25 minutes, where you can transfer to any number of buses (95, 96, 97) which will get you downtown in a further 5 minutes. Buses run every 20 minutes on weekdays, less frequently on weekends. Fares are $1.90 with tickets, $3 cash. Alternatively, you...More
