A friend and I did a glass fusion night in August. We were told that we would get a call in a month to pick up. I emailed 3 times, left 2 messages, and texted a couple of times. I had taken a picture so I even sent photos of what it looked like. No response. Finally I went online and booked a time to pick up in early December. (Online bookings were for pottery, but I booked one anyhow.) I went through all of the boxes and our items were not there. The employee gave me a cell number to text. Same result: no response. We paid $50 each. I want reimbursement.

Do not go here they do not know what customer service is. I bought by accident a class as my auto populate was on. I was driving there and my car broke down. My sister went to the class and was told I would be refunded. They don’t answer the phones, emails if responded to are robotic. I did not get a refund and keep getting told I can rebook. I live over an hour away and wouldn’t rebook. I have my own small business and would never treat people this way. My friends even had issues and no one is helping them either

Very disappointed with the lack of follow up and promises. My wife and I were given a gift certificate. We selected a class for glass art. Like other posts, we were told they would put the products in the kiln when it was next running and they would contact us to come back and pick up. Six weeks went by with no contact. My wife tried repeatedly to contact. No follow up. She booked another class time to go back when knew someone would be there. They could find our products and repeatedly told my wife how they were responsive to customers. Wife had to point out repeatedly how she tried to contact them and no one followed up. To have her go away, they gave her a cell number. She has been texting and no response. Potential customers - beware. Wish I had read the other Google reviews. They are not wrong.
