We Visited for the first time since reopening and what we remember as a great brewery has really taken a hit. The roof top patio had spider webs everywhere, it’s difficult to sit up there and the tables were all dirty. The downstairs patio looks like no one cares about the ambience at all And the service is flat and inattentive, the waiter barely even looked at us. We were also told that Linda no longer works there? Please tell me where she’s gone so we can frequent them instead.

Nice rooftop patio but could clean up the cobwebs. We tried the flight of 8 draft beers, they were average. The charcuterie board needed more cheese but the salami was good. Our server, could learn to manage his time better, he was inattentive and didn’t check on our table until we were close to finished.

We were brought to a table efficiently however that’s where the service ended. It took 10 plus minutes to get served even though there were four staff hanging around the bar. We ordered a chicutarie board that took very long to be served and was mediocre in content and fell short given the price point.

I had travelled across Canada for three weeks. This was, by far, the worst, most indifferent service that I encountered on my travels.
The requested drinks were not available and the food chosen from the limited item menu was likewise unavailable. Did the staff suggest alternatives, apologise for the lack of items? Nope. Totally indifferent, more concerned with chatting and preening.
Pity - the venue is a great spot, but more professional service needed here.

You can grab a nice large flight of 6 beers for about $17 here. It's perfect for sharing.
We sat out on the patio out back and enjoyed the sun and fresh air while sipping!
We were really impressed with the wide range of different beers they had. There was a great range of lighter beer, fruity flavors and more hoppier brews.
We are really feeling the Hefeweizen's this summer and theirs did not disappoint! We also enjoyed the Cherise, which we found to be very unique as it's a Belgian style ales with the added taste of sour cherries! We didn't enjoy the Apricot Berliner Weisse as much as we were anticipating, but it wasn't bad either. The Syla was very good, and strong. We enjoy a good Belgian Tripel though, so that was right up our alley. The Fiore was a very nice refreshing Pilsner.
Service was also very quick and efficient. We really enjoyed our time here. It's right downtown NOTL where you can park and then walk all along the street trying different sweets and treats and then pop in for a flight or pint.

Great beer and initial service was good, but server who closed was extremely poor. Closed up before closing time of bar. We were also told one of our drinks would be comp’d cos the glass was cracked, a massive safety issue. Waiter thought he’d done us a favor by not charging for repouring in a new glass!!!

The restaurant and patio is nice, with friendly staff. It took a while for our order to be taken and then we waited and waited for our food. Beer was good. Food (we had sandwhiches with included "kettle chips" which are just potato chips) were quite disappointing for the price. Mine was on a SMALL cibauta bun and my wife's on regular sized bread. Sandwhiches were rather small for almost $20. I will not return to this eatery nor will I recommend it.

A resident recommended The Exchange when we asked about a good place to get a local beer. We started with a tasting of the Apricot Berliner Weisse and Je Ne Sais Quoi from the draft selection; both were good but not hitting the spot. We switched to their can selection and had the Amber Ale and the Dunkel; both were outstanding! That dunkel was so good that we bought a 4 pack to take back to Toronto and enjoy later that evening. The vibe, the helpful and polite bartender and the quality of the beer make this worth the stop. We will definitely come back when we're in the area again!!

We have visited this brewery on Picton Street (the main drag) several times over the years, but this time we took advantage of an unseasonably warm, sunny afternoon to enjoy a flight on the small upstairs patio. What a great spot, removed from the hustle bustle of the main street. The range of beers and flights on offer met the needs of the beer fan, and cider, Sodas and hot cocoa are a great alternative if beer is not your thing. Friendly staff and a pleasant place to enjoy a socially-distanced drink and a chat. We plan to return.

Great beers & knowledgeable staff. Would recommend the 4x beer flight & cheese board pairings. Visited twice (by coincidence), once as a walk-in and second as part of a beer/cider/wine/spirits tasting tour around the area.

is there anything like a tour pass or certificate I can purchase? I'm looking to find something as a birthday gift and it is for someone who loves beer and I would like something where he and one other can sit a taste all the different beers and relax, have good food and not have to pay anything. I can I arrange this if possible ?

I would suggest your contact the brewery itself. They could answer this question far better...
