Have been going to this spa for services for a few years - they have some of the best estheticians in all of Niagara.
You won't be disappointed. It's a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The setting is perfect with a beautiful view of the golf course and the river. However, you'll leave feeling like a princess..This is the only place that I will trust for a pedicure....

I visited the spa today and has a facial with Monica and a pedicure with Jennie. The facial was so relaxing I almost feel asleep - I find it more relaxing than a massage. Monica, who I had not met before, was great very friendly and welcoming. My skin feels amazing. Jennie did a great job with my pedicure and was really friendly as well. I have had a pedicure with her berfore and received the same wonderful treatment. OSpa is very relaxing and unhurried and you feel well looked after and not part of an assembly line that I find at some spas and thats why I have been going there since 2007.

We were getting away to NOTL for a few days during the week in October and the weather was fabulous. Staying at the Oban Inn, we took the Rebalance Package and enjoyed the services. My wife had a massage and Signature Hand Treatment and I had a massage and Signature Foot Treatment. The masseuse was Yoko and she was very good, not too deep, very relaxing and therapeutic. The aesthetician was Monica and she is the best. That was my first foot treatment and I certainly would go back for more. Monica kept you engaged the entire time. She is very courteous and engaging.
We were staying at the Oban Inn which meant we had to walk about 100 feet to get to the spa. We look forward to our next stay and going to the spa again.

Lovely venue and terrific staff. When I ask for deep tissue massage, I sometimes leave disappointed, but Lorne knows what you mean. Felt completely relaxed, and went to the steam room (immaculate) and hot springs pool afterward.

Came for a couples message as my family has been here multiple times before.
Was very disappointed as the massage was very poor, probably the worst I’ve had :(
Not sure what happened as I know the spa used to be great, however, very poor quality.
Nice people, so feel bad writing a bad review but given the price charged the service needs to be a lot better

We were staying in NOTL and decided to have a couples massage. The best part about this place is you have full access and use to the change rooms. You can shower after your massage and they provide you with a bath rob and plastic flip flops. Our massage table/beds were heated which was awesome. They had a choice of male and female masseuses so that was nice. RMT so we got receipts - beware though when we submitted our receipts to our insurance company they only paid $100 of the $124 that we were each charged because they said it was more than the usual charge. So we did end up having to pay $50 out of pocket plus the tip.

Hello relaxation. My bachelorette party spent over 4 hours here enjoy pedicures and the pool. They only have 2 pedicure chairs so the 6 of us had to take turns which was not a problem. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which where beautiful and so clean. The pedicures where amazing. The ladies that did them even told us of all the good spits to go at night and where to eat. We all enjoyed a beautiful cheese tray and some other good from the menu which was served to us at pool. I would come back anything.

My husband and I did the 85 minute "stress fix" package and left very happy & relaxed. They use great lotions and oils. They also focus on "problem areas."
I had Loren and he was fantastic. Very friendly guy, ask him about his world travels! My husband had Robin and he was very pleased. He has had specific problem spots that she loosened up.
Also, they have a steam room that you can use before and after your treatment. It was a great, clean facility.

Each summer, if we have an afternoon off from the theater we book hot stone massages at the spa. The atmosphere is calming before we have our services The massages are pure pleasure. We both left with relaxed bodies and smiles on our faces. Great experience

Had a nice facial- relaxing. Yoko was great. Also had a pedicure- loved that my friend and I were able to sit side by side while we were pampered. The girls doing our pedicure were fun to chat with. A very nice experience all around. ANd they had delicious tea - I had "Paris". It was excellent~!
