We were surprisingly surprised by the variety. Good service, we could choose the wines to taste in our package of 4 tastings. The site is beautiful. Tastings are subject to a fee but access to the site and shop is free.

Very attractive winery staff was very friendly my hotel life fist time I visited Ice wine winery,, they could offer , wine selling people like a hoteliers discount price or some thing extra explanation because we are learning colleague. We would be very appreciate if they have done that.I already showed back home my inniskillin wine selling picture too.

Listen to family say, since I was a kid I love to drink ice wine, the sweet liquid in the long bottle made me impressed! This time I can come to the vineyard in person, it really excites me, and I look forward to being able to taste this unique taste from close to close! Located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada, Inniskillin Wines is one of Canada’s most representative ice wine producers. One person can taste three different flavours of ice wine at a time, combined with the cheerleading leg puzzle really great!! The staff was also very friendly and great wine experience!!

Having been to many wineries across the USA, spending a week in the Niagara area allowed us the opportunity to visit and learn a bit about wine production in the Niagara Peninsula so I did some research and determined a "must do" is Inniskillin given its history and fame related to ice wines. The winery is a very pleasant, short drive from the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and a very nice appearance as you approach. We were greeted promptly upon arriving and directed to the tour area which provided an opportunity to browse the various offerings of Inniskillin. Our tour consisted of just the three of us and Meagan, our tour guide, introduced herself and gave us an overview of the history of Inniskillin and the geologic attributes of the area that make it favorable for grape production. Meagan also showed us production equipment used in the wine making process and took us for a tour of the cellars explaining barrel use by Inniskillin. Upon conclusion of the tour we were treated to a wine tasting of three of the different offerings which while we enjoyed all three, for me, the Vidal Ice Wine stood out. Really smooth sweet wine offering. The experience at Inniskillin was relaxed, informative and friendly as Meagan was happy to answer the questions that we posed. We all enjoyed the tour and tasting very much and can recommend without hesitation this winery experience.... ask for Meagan, she was great!

Inniskillin Winery in Niagara is a must-visit destination for wine lovers. Its combination of beautiful scenery, good wines, and warm hospitality creates an exceptional experience. Special mention goes to Yuna for being so friendly and for sharing her expertise in our wine selection, ensuring that we could differentiate the various wines. As returning guests and casual enthusiasts, we can say that a visit to Inniskillin promises to be an enriching and enjoyable experience as always. Lzl ( Phil.) and Myra( Maryland)

We visited for a leisurely lunch and wine tasting. Yuna was our server and she could not have been more accommodating. She really looked after our small group, showed amazing knowledge of the wine and appropriate pairings for our meals. She was not only helpful but bubbly, welcoming and attentive showing great care to make sure we had all we needed. It is also a breathtaking location.

We had the most incredible experience at Inniskillin Wines, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing guide, Leron. He was the perfect blend of humor and expertise, making the tour both entertaining and educational. Leron’s knowledge about the wine-making process, the history of Inniskillin, and the nuances of wine tasting was truly impressive. He answered every question with ease and shared fascinating tidbits that kept us engaged the entire time. The wines were, of course, outstanding—especially the Icewine! The property is beautiful, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. If you’re visiting the Niagara region, a stop at Inniskillin is a must, and if you’re lucky enough to have Leron as your guide, you’re in for a real treat. Highly recommend!

We've done dozens of winery tours. This was one of the best. One reason: Leron, our tour guide, is a local and has completed some of the training to be a sommelier, so he knew much more than we expected about the climate, the soil, the grapes, and the wines. The other reason, The tasting at the end includes the Inniskillin Vidal Ice Wine, one of the best wines made in this part of the world. Advice: Separately, get a taste of the Cabernet Franc Ice Wine with chocolate. It's a great pairing. You can't get that wine in the U.S.

We had a group of 18 do a wine tasting. We had 4 wines. 2 of them were ice wines and they were phenomenal. The sparkling ice wine was my favourite. Leron lead our group through the history of Inniskillin and explained the wines perfectly. Plus introduced us to ice wine martinis. He was excellent. Thank you Leron.

We met college friends at this winery while my husband and I were on a Viking cruise of the Great Lakes. Levon gave us terrific tour of the vineyard, the wine making process and tasting. We had never heard of ice wine and were enthralled by the entire process. Our friends are wine collectors but learned interesting aspects of the process. Levon was great and we all thoroughly enjoyed our tour and tasting experience . We hardly recommend a visit to this winery.

I really enjoyed my visit with Sylvie! Her knowledge of Inniskillin wines was very extensive and interesting! I do have one point to make… 4 Francophones and 2 Anglophones in the group.. and everything was done in English although 2 Francophones didn’t speak the language of Shakespear… reason given by our guide who is a francophone…the two English speaking persons had booked first. As we were the only group touring the premises and there was staff available to accommodate both groups, things could have been better thought out. As a Francophone myself, once again I felt as a second class citizen in my province!
On a more positive note, other than the language issue, Sylvie was excellent at what she does! The wine tasting part of the visit was truly enjoyable! Moreover, she was very considerate for one of the French group needing to sit while on tour. Thanks, Sylvie!

Nice winery with good options. Dog friendly. For 4 two ounce pours the cost is a bit high, but nonetheless still very good wines. Person who helped us had a pretty good knowledge of wine. Worth a stop.

We had a great wine tasting experience with Aedan taking us through the Ice Wines we selected. He was most helpful and we would have loved to have bought more, but being from Australia and returning there next month there is only so much we can drink before going home. We will certainly research this product back home, and hopefully we will become lifelong supporters and advocates for the product in South Australia. Well done Aedan you really inspired us. Also the tasting room was so good!!

The place is incredibly nice and so welcoming out in the good weather. Unfortunately something had gone wrong with our booking for the tour and they had no opportunity to squeeze us in. Fairly enough, we were a bigger company.
Instead we took a seat outside and made ourselves ready for wine tasting. The wines were pretty good, but they were in no way presented and the staff did not seem very interested in us at all. The tasting consisted of three small glasses of wine. I must honestly admit that I sat and waited for more...
It didn't.

To start off, I'd like to say I normally have a good experience at Inniskillen Winery and have generally experienced good customer service. However, I wanted to bring attention to the terrible customer service received today during a scheduled wine tasting. After waiting in line for almost half hour (even though we had a scheduled tasting at 3:00pm), none of the servers acknowledged our presence as we waited by the hostess table. When we eventually got seated we ordered one flight and one glass of ice wine. We waited, and waited, and noticed that the two groups that were seated after us received their wine and food.

We continued waiting and still nothing came. Tried to get the attention of the server, and unfortunately after waiting 40 minutes with no acknowledgment from the server about our drinks, we got fed up and decided to leave.

First off, with only 6 tables occupied, and four servers, it's unreasonable to have a customer wait 40 minutes for 1 flight of wine and 1 glass of wine, especially when you can see at least two of the servers chatting by the bar and refusing to be attentive to customers.

I hope Inniskillen can take this feedback to help improve the customer experience for future patrons. Hoping our future visits won't be the same as today.

During our stay in the region, it was a must for us to visit a winery and Inniskillin was our first choice. We had an amazing experience ! We were welcomed with a lot of enthusiasm and a big smile by our guide Hannah, and were delighted to find out that we were getting a private tour ! We were able to ask all of our questions and Hannah made sure we were always comfortable despite the chilly November temperatures. She let us take all the pictures we wanted and even let us taste the grapes ! We learned a lot about the history of the winery and saw how the wine is made. Then we went back inside to a magnificent bar for the wine tasting. This was such a great experience for us ! We had so much fun drinking wine and chatting with Hannah. We had some Christmas shopping to do and wine makes a good present so… we bought a lot. Hannah was so helpful helping us choose, and when we hesitated to buy something we hadn’t tried, she offered that we taste it, so we went back to the bar ! She also had another member of the staff take pictures of all three of us, so we have lovely souvenirs of this wonderful visit and of the greatest guide ever. Thank you Hannah !

Beautiful winery with tables outside right next to the vines. Specialty: ice wines (there is a corresponding arrangement with a selection of ice wines). Quality is appealing. Everyone has to make up their own mind about the price of the bottles (extremely expensive by European standards...).

Really disappointed. We had a lovely experience and did a wine tasting, we bought three bottles of wine and they brought us the bill for the tasting and the bottles together. They added the tip on the whole amount so we ended up paying a tip on over $100 of wine and we didn’t realise until we had paid. I felt this was sneaky when we picked up the wine ourselves from the shelf!

A very nice memory was made today when we had an Icewine tasting here, assisted by their Icewine expert, Anne.
She explained the process by which Icewines are created. We then enjoyed a flight of Riesling, Vidal and Cab Franc icewines, in their outdoor seating area, under an arbor draped with an ancient wisteria vine. Just Sublime!
The grounds are lush, tidy and just being there… is so relaxing.
The well appointed wine shop/ tasting area is staffed with Professionals.
Don’t miss this delightful stop!

As part of a local multi vineyard ticket event we stopped at Inniskillin. Mamiko graciously served us a nacho cheese tostada paired with a Shiraz-Cabernet. Sara, one of the managers stopped by to chat. Beautiful, spacious seating area. Well done. Thanks
