I wasn't sure what to think of a "teaching winery" but the wines really do deliver!! The tasting room is quite lovely and the staff (who I assume are students) were very friendly. The tasting bar overlooks some vines but doesn't have the beautiful rolling vineyards you find in many tasting rooms throughout the region. However, the fact that there... More

We were at the college this weekend and decided to try the wine and brewery centre. The student staff were very helpful they told us all about the wines how they were made etc. Alexandria was an outstanding ambassador for the college. We tried a couple of the different wines and bought one of her recommendations.

Great food, reasonably priced, lost of tasty options. I have enjoyed lunch and dinner here many times and have found the food consistently good and the service generally good overall. Love that the students are involved in the serving and cooking. Only caveat is that reservations are often required!

We went here as part of our wine tour. We got a tour of their winery, saw some of the students at work. it was quite interesting.

The wines here are of excellent quality at remarkably good prices. The sparkling wine at approximately $25 Canadian was equal in quality and similar to Veuve Cliquot yellow label. The unoaked chardonnay at $15 Canadian was a great buy. The staff is very friendly and well informed. The location is very convenient, just off the QEW.

This was my first wine tour and the staff did a wonderful job showing us around and talking about the wines produced there. It's a teaching college and the students who conduct the tours know their stuff.

Impressed by the wines produced here. Told that students and faculty contribute to the process. We were able to buy a bottle and drink it on the patio overlooking the vineyards.

I loved the ice wine that I got here. It was about $33 a bottle, and I went with the lighter colour one, not the red-ish one. It was very crowded when we got here, and I felt like our tour was a bit rushed, only 10 minutes. I was on a tour from Toronto though, so that may have... More

Stopped for a quick lunch while biking ( bike racks around the back). The place happened to be rented out for a private affair. The kind staff directed me to another inn however they over looked the culinary school cafeteria where's serves excellent food at a low price. Warning arrive before 2:30 or there's nothing left. Food was never this... More
