Andrew Peller was one of the founding fathers of Ontario wine; today his namesake winery remains a family-owned enterprise - focused around the grand winery, showpiece barrel cellar and gracious Peller Estates Winery Restaurant (helmed by Chef Jason Parsons). Food and wine pairing themes are mainstays in the chock-full seminar and event calendar. Peller Estates' full range of Private Reserve whites, reds and sweet wines by Winemaker Katie Dickieson are always rich and approachable, while the Signature Series features age-worthy reds, award-winning Icewines and the unique Ice Cuvée sparklers, sweetened with a touch of Icewine.

Niagara on the Lake is a great town and the wineries surrounding the area are a must see. We stopped at quite a few and found Peller Estates to be the best. You should not miss the tour and wine tasting. Be sure to book the time before you get there so you won't have to wait although it is... More

This is one of the recommended wineries. Perhaps we weren't impressed as it was quite busy. Staff was not as enthusiastic as several other wineries and seemed to simply be going through the selections. The wine was just average, although my wife liked the Reisling.

I will not write a review based on my taste of the wine being that it is subjective. My review is based on my experience of the facility. We are members of Peller and so being were able to have our wine tasting in the VIP room. Highly recommended + you receive wine throughout the year. My husband claims it... More

Although the wine is tasty, I found the place generally-speaking too posh for my liking. It is like being at a villa. We were going to eat supper in the dining room, but looking at our biking clothes, we felt quite under-dressed. However, we did eat at the outdoor patio where we had a thin crust pizza along with a... More

This wine ry looks very much alike a Nappa Valley one. No money was spared. Very beautifull facilities. Very friendly guides. I enjoyed the Icewine freezer experience. I was not too crazy about the quality of the wines we sampled but was told by a local that the best wines are offered on the second floor of the building for... More

We had a private tour for two, and loved it. Our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. The grounds are lovely. Their ice wine ICE room is a novel experience.

We started off with a fun little seminar where we were pairing wines and chocolates together. Donna, who led the seminar, was awesome! We even got to brûlée some ice wine marshmallows, that are made on site, and make our own smores. After the seminar, Donna gave us a tour of the estate, and she even let me kick off... More
