Did a great tour of the winery with a very knowledgeable and personable young lady. She answered all questions and was very friendly. Boutique was well stocked and the staff were very helpful. Bought 16 bottles. Can't wait to go back.

I attended one of the Jackson Triggs Barrel & Cellar concerts and had a fabulous evening. The food before the concert was delicious. The service was offered with a smile. The winery is a beautiful building. And the Cellar is a perfect spot to host an intimate concert, with great acoustics and views from everywhere.

I was really impressed by the location, staff, and wine at this winery. It definitely smashed all stereotypes of Jackson-Triggs being a "boxed" wine company. The tour guide, Paul, was extremely kind, eloquent, and knowledgeable. He was so polite and helpful after the tour and was so patient throughout. The winery itself was very beautiful and modern. We had to... More

Friends and I visited jackson-triggs today as part of a once a year in November event called taste the season. You purchase a passport and then you go around to over 20 local wineries for a featured sampling of wine and food pairing. Jackson Triggs had a nice little garden outside, and we were greeted upon arrival. The wine was... More

A wine tour must with samples and a historical perspective of Niagara area history. Touring through the winery with up close interaction with the makers of wine. Deep in the cellar with the wine barrels tops off your tour. The $5.00 off your wine purchase makes it all worth it! Great experience

We had a great time at Jackson-Triggs Winery doing a combination or a wine cellar dinner and concert with another couple. This is a great combo to do and the setting for the venue is excellent. I would rate the cellar dinner as above average with some nice wine parings with each course. The cellar setting was nice but not... More

We went Jackson-Triggs on our honeymoon and wanted to go back. We made it in the door, but that is about it. We wanted to sample some wines and maybe take some more home with us, however, after waiting nearly 20 minutes, we could not get close to the bar and it was wall to wall people. When we went... This is a great place to start a wine tour. Large but unpretentious. Scott our guide did a great job of explaining the entire wine making process and how to look, swirl, and taste. He had a great sense of humor. It set the stage for the rest of the day. Learned all about ICE wine! Yum! Highly recommend.

The tasting room is always a bit crowded and getting to the bar for a wine tasting may take a little time but well worth the wait. The Pinot Noir and the Merlot are our favorites - year after year.
