I bought a tickets for October 13, 2021 for my nephews and niece that day. Unfortunately, 2 of my nephews that lives in the same household had a close contact of COVID. Long story short, my 2 nephews didn't end up going. I emailed the customer service right way that day before going that I wont be able to use 2 of tickets that I purchased and I was told to re schedule but time slot has to remain the same. I used 4 tickets that day and I was told I can't use the 2 tickets later on. The customer service still given me 6 arm band instead of just 4 even though there's only 4 people.
I emailed the customer service the fallowing day stating the issues. However until now still not resolve.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this place. They lack customer service, care and decency. I ordered over priced tickets and a cabana and was told the wrong date by my friend (which was totally our fault) I immediately called the water park after making the reservation for the wrong date. They said no refunds or exchanges because the park was open at different times from the date I purchased from to the date I wanted to go. I told them it was a mistake and I just bought the tickets. They didn’t care, and told me if I wanted to come on the correct date I would have to pay another 200.00. I would understand if the park was fully booked but it wasn’t and I had just made the reservation. The policy they have is stupid, and definitely not in the interest of caring for customers who are using hard earned money to go. It’s bad enough it’s overpriced.

Great Wolf Lodge - Way better service, don’t waste your money here. Especially to be treated terriblly

Way too expensive!

They measured my son who just had a medical and was measured at 36.5 inches but they said he is 35.5 which meant he could only go on one slide about 8 feet long.. When I showed them that they are not measuring to the top of his head they told me that the measurement is calibrated. I mentioned that his doctor just measured him at 36.5 and they said my doctor is wrong. I guess they don’t trust that science but they trust they science that closes the jungle gym and stops the waves in the wave pool due to COVID.

I also agree with the reviews of their arrogance. Any attempt at trying to reason with them is met with arrogance and some sort of Covid hostility.

The hours are all messed up, we bought tickets at the Sheraton and they saw we were going directly to the water park, they even wished us a great day! Then when we got there we found out it wasn’t open for another hour and a half!

If you’re a family like us trying to decide on a fun place to spend time with the kids, go to Great Wolf Lodge. We should’ve stayed there rather than trying both.

The wave pool was not working today ? The pool was then shut back down for half an hour . So that meant everyone ran over to splash park . I was disappointed with the amount of people congregated in one area . The staff were friendly , I will say that . For a hundred dollars for two for four hours . Very dissatisfied. After the waterpark I asked my granddaughter that is six years old what would you rate this place out of five and she said one

The place looks good on picture but once you go you find out that it's not what it looks like.
We had a 4 hour window to visit between 11 am - 3 pm. At 2 pm everyone was kicked out (not a big deal for us as we were already leaving but still).
Slides were crazy busy even with lower capacity due to Covid.
Water was cold except the jacuzzi, however they were forbidden for kids. So as a family with kids, we couldn't use it. The pool was often shut down for various accidents.
So in total of 3 hours you can use the smaller really cold slides or wait an hour for the big one.
Overall very expensive and very disappointing experience. The worst indoor water park that we have visited and WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE!.

This indoor water park has a bit of everything for everyone. Water slides for adult, tubing, splash pads for toddlers/infants, water playground, hot tubs, wave pool. But wave pool was out of commission today. Tubing, line was short and quick, except for the purple line which is the toilet bowl.

Good enjoyable experience. Max 4 hours though.

Had a reservation for 4-8 pm October 2 and was turned away for not having my physical id with us . I spent 218.00 for a family of 5 and wasn’t even able to enter . Spoke with some sort of manager which she tried saying that it says that physical id is mandatory for which I pointed out on my tickets email that it doesn’t say that anywhere. I have pictures of all our is as during this COVID you don’t need all kind of people touching it.
Very disappointed with the service as well as not being able to get my refund

the staff is very arrogant especially the manager.
we went here from montreal complete with the proof of vaccine except for my 2 years old son. before we came to the water park we eat at the hotel for our dinner, after we go to the water park and my son 2 years old was so very excited. he start running all over the place and he start to spit just a little bit of food that he ate. after a couple of minutes the staff was arrived and they said that my son is not allowed to swim and play around because he spit and they said that was a symptoms of covid.(take note he don’t have any symptoms like fever, cold, and cough) they said that we can comeback tomorrow to swim with my son. how stupid is that!! what are the difference with that day and the next day without any test. so my son was crying all day because of that stupid decision. they all racist.stop tollerating this kind of racism. stay away from this place.🤮

That is one of the worst experience for a waterpark:
1-The price is HUGE ($260 cad for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids) for only 3 hours!
2-Because of covid, no waves in the pool which is one of the main « attraction »
3-only 8 slides in total for adults and kids over 6 and a wave pool with no waves. There’s a nice kid area but you don’t play there a long time as it’s really for young children
4-we wanted to go on a last slide before being kicked out of the park. We’ve went up with our tube and we’ve been waiting over 15 minutes for the purple slide. We were maybe 6 party’s left and they told us they were closing. We had 2 choices: pick another slide or walk back down. I tried to make them understand that it wasn’t fair and that they shouldn’t let us go up and wait if they were closing but there was no way to go on the purple and I really had to walk back down!!! This is just unbelievable.
5-Most of the staff is very unfriendly
Never again. This park is just here to make money, they don’t care about their clients. Take a look at Rulantica waterpark in Germany, there’s a lot you can improve.

We decided to visit after things opened up again and booked a package. At first, we didn't think the hours offered 11 am - 2 pm and 3:30 - 6:30 pm were great. We chose the 11 am slot and afterwards agreed that with the reduced capacity, you can do a lot of the slides in that time. The most frustrating part for us was that our online confirmation said pick-up passes at the water park, but we arrived only to be told to get the passes at the hotel reception. This turned into a mad rush by us (and several other families) to get those darn passes before wasting any more time of our three-hour slot.

Otherwise, staff were super friendly and attentive. The wave pool was just a pool and they explained to us that you can't socially distance properly when in the waves. It makes sense, but at the same time we're aware that other wave pools are operating right now. We also missed the part on the website about towels no longer being handed out, so we had to purchase those horrible rough towels at $2 each plus tax. Food at the takeout was not great, but staff was pleasant. People wore masks in the change rooms and were mostly following the covid rules.
