we usually visit every years at least once, this is the best water park we have visited the staff is friendly and the location allows for so many things that you can do besides the water park. definitely the best in Ontario.

Took our son and his friends for a bday party. The wave pool was out of order for the first hour we were there. The line ups were not horrible, The temp in the building was great. The staff were very friendly. And they were very accommodating with the kids party. Food was good for the kids as well. All... More

Great indoor waterpark, my kids loved it.. So did the parents! Slides for all kids sizes, and speeds. Well laid out, and enough lifeguards on duty. Lineups on the slides weren't too bad, no complaints. Great indoor waterpark, my kids are still bugging us to go back!

Spent the entire Black Friday at this waterpark and the family loved it. Never really a fan of waterparks because of the long lines and high prices, but this waterpark was different. With slides/activities for adults and children of all ages, it was not hard to stay here from open 'til close. I don't think I waited more than 10-15... More

I think a review of this attraction has to be made in comparison to its main competitor, so I will do so. The walks to and from the hotel rooms are about the same (at GW they seem shorter because you are in the same building... then again GW is quite spread out as well). My kids preferred GW for... Our hotel deal included free passes to this water park and, probably because we went in the fall, it was nearly empty. So enjoyable. Really fun wave pool, tons of slides and a very, very warm water area for little kids that my (bigger) kids just monopolized because it felt like being in the bath! Also some very high up... More

Our entire family (extending to grandma, uncles, cousins, etc.) love this waterpark. It is truly 'fun for all ages' and the day is over before we know it. The park is well maintained and kept clean (as much as a public water attraction can be anyway!!). The only recommendation I would make is they should upgrade the food at the... More

We were looking for something to do with the children in the winter. This was the perfect idea!! So nice to get out and be with the family and also other people with the same thoughts. We all had the best time, swimming, riding the water slide, the wave pool and enjoying the day. Thank you again for such a... More
