- KNS9 contributionsDefinitely Worth It!Great place to go. We did the hotel and waterpark passes so had access to waterpark 1-7pm the first day and 11-3pm the second day, which is more than enough! Barely any wait for slides (we went Tues/Wed). The restaurant inside is not crazy overpriced which is nice. Bring your own towels and just leave your stuff on a chair (not worth renting lockers). Will definitely be back.Visited February 2024Traveled with familyWritten February 21, 2024
- BackfromVacayToronto, Canada188 contributionsThere is something for everyone. Get soaking wet as soon as you arrive. And try all the slidesFun filled two days. Grab a tube when the wave ends in the general pool. And just go! The mats were fun for the races but screaming only leads to a bit of water boarding at very unexpected times. All fun…didn’t even spend any time in the cabanas. And not much of a view. But who cares. The activity line up was energizing. And lots of attention paid to safety inside and outside the pool. I thought I would for sure get sick given the crowd the day we visited, and the fact that EVERYONE was in the water. But no. I was fine and ready to return.Visited February 2024Traveled with familyWritten March 9, 2024

- ShealynAToronto, Canada48 contributionsFantastic for the whole family!Great waterpark for all ages! Something for everyone. Clean, tons of space, lots of chairs, and great fun! Get there right at opening or the pre-open times for hotel guests to take advantage of a less jammed park and quick slide waits.Visited April 2024Traveled with familyWritten April 2, 2024
- Cindy B2 contributionsLooking very tiredThis was our first visit to Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. We were there over Easter, which may have accounted for how busy it was. Since we were staying at an attached hotel, we could get in 2 hours earlier, which was helpful. However, being open from 9am-8pm doesn't leave much time for cleaning, which was apparent. The stairs up to the "Toob Tower" were pretty gross. My overall impression was that very little maintenance has been done since this park was built. The paint was peeling off the stairs, big chunks of the rubberized splash pad surface were missing and the splash pad slide clearly needed a good scrubbing. Everything is very close together compared to other parks we have been at, which can be both positive and negative. My kids had fun, but we won't be back. Zehnders (Frankenmuth MI) and Splash Lagoon (Erie, PA) were both much nicer facilities at a similar price point.Visited April 2024Traveled with familyWritten April 7, 2024
- anna r1 contributionBook ElsewhereStayed at Skyline Hotel which connects directly to the Water Park -our son is 11 years old. He rated his experience 6.3 / 10 as the water park is small and there are no thrilling slides even though the website advertises thrilling slides. We wanted to give this park a try and will not be returning as we prefer Great Wolf Lodge because it is: cleaner, has professional staff, variety of thrilling rides including a lazy River, big wave pool with big waves, variety of food & drink options, outdoor jacuzzi for adults, outdoor mini golf etc) For Falls View Water Park we enjoyed the purple (bowl slide), yellow (body slide) and carpet slides (pink and blue). For what we paid it was not worth the trip. We enjoyed the outdoor pool more than the wave pool. The water outside the pool was warm and I found the wave pool water to be cold. Wave pool is small and waves are small (hardly no waves) Food options at the hotel is nothing special. This may be good option for younger kids but even younger kids and older would have a great time at Great Wolf LodgeVisited April 2024Traveled with familyWritten April 7, 2024
- Stephen HAttleboro, Massachusetts26 contributionsKids had a blastMy kids (7,4,2) had a blast! There were enough activities for all ages which was nice. They have a splash pad / toddler area and several small kid slides. Along with 8 adult size slides. Plenty of seating, friendly staff, decent changing rooms and bathrooms. We didnt eat here so cannot comment on food but they do have plenty of food options available. Overall for the price of $40 per person it was worth it for a day, kids had a blast and thats what its really about. Nothing amazing and definitely dated, but got the job doneVisited July 2024Traveled with familyWritten June 30, 2024
- Matt2 contributionsGreat water parkGreat water park They do get very busy , so time your arrival days and times on off peak and it will be a more enjoyable time. We went on a Tuesday , Wednesday and the lineups were minimal if any . The park isn’t perfect or brand new by any means , but for actual fun it was great !. 11 year old, and two older teens had a blast. Many great slides for there ages and younger .Visited July 2024Traveled with familyWritten July 3, 2024

Coming in we were informed that 2 slides were out of service and they offered either 50% off or a complimentary ticket for next day. We thought about the ticket but then after going in the wave pool and the rest of the slides were close twice for more than 30 minutes each time because they found something in the water. The fans are a bot strong and it gets kind of windy inside. We decided not to go back because they took too long to activate the wave pool and requested the 50% refund. Now we have to wait a week and hopefully we will get it. Not a very good experience so we probably won't return.

In general, we had a good experience in the actual waterpark, but will not be going back, for several reasons.
1. If you are staying at any of the hotels (We stayed at Sheraton), it is an absolute nightmare to check in and get to the water park. It should be more clearly labeled and explained, that when you park you have to walk through 50 different hallways to get to the hotel (with all of your bags) and then ALL the way back again to the water park (which is above the parking garage). It would have helped SO much if, in the intro email, it would have made suggestions to have 1 person go check in, and then take just a small bag to the water park. We did in fact pack just 2 bags for the water park and paid an absurd amount of money for a locker, since it said we couldn't bring bags in. Then once we got inside the water park we noticed everyone else had bags and even strollers inside. What a waste of money to have paid $30 for 2 lockers!
2. Besides the terrible organization and lack of signs, the absolute worst part of our experience is that while we were having fun in the pool we noticed that a parent had lost their child. This is a parent's absolute nightmare of course. No one did anything. No one. They didn't even clear the pool! I was so, so shocked that no one was taking action while people are running around looking for a child. I approached a manager/supervisor about this once the child was found (young man with glasses), and he completely disregarded my worries, saying they were following protocol and did "Everything they could". But they didn't clear the pool? That makes no sense! He also said the made 2 announcements, and when I said that it was impossible to hear the announcements, he continued smirking and saying "well, we made 2 announcements". The lack of respect and accountability was baffling. I asked him to take into consideration what I was saying and to take the feedback to his superiors, rather than stand there and justify the actions. At the very least, tell the IT team that the announcement system sucks.
Needless to say, we won't go back. We have been to Americana before and had a much more pleasant experience there. It is much smaller, close to your room, you can park and pull up right in front of your room, none of this poor organization stuff.
Yes the slides here are bigger and better, but for the price, terrible organization, and lack of safety measures - we will never go back.

First of all I fully understand there needs to be rules in order to keep everyone safe. Unfortunately once again the rules and “safety” regulations have gotten out of hand. Unless your youngster is at least 42 inches tall they won’t be allowed on any water slides except 2 very small ones assuming your child is at least 36 inches tall. If they are not 36 inches tall there is nothing but a splash pad.
Good news! There are two hot tubs. Bad news! Unless your child is at least 16 years of age, they’re not allowed in either on of them. So if your child’s lips are turning blue because they’re cold as ours was, oh well, suck it up butter cup.
I will say if your child is fortunate enough to be 42 inches tall, I think this place is worthy of a 3.5 star rating and I’d even recommend it.

Good afternoon,
Thank you for taking the time to review your visit to our Waterpark. I am sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time at the park, and there is some confusion about our height restrictions. All of our slides are regulated by T.S.S.A and riders do need to be of the minimum height required to ride the slide. Our beach house where the heights vary from 36" to 40" has 6 slides in which children can use depending on their height.
We do take rider safety seriously and I do apologize that maybe the heights for the beach house were not explained. Please be assured I will be sharing all your feedback with the rest of the Management team for follow up in their areas.
We do hope to see you again in the near future
Kind Regards,
Lisa Cecckin

Where should I start?
Expensive. But admission price does not include towels, you can get them for I think 4 bucks, and quality is bad. If you come in the winter, you need someplace to put your things, lockers (about the size of an average school bag) are 12 bucks. Food - don't bother.
Crowds. There should be a limit to how many people can be there at a time. Pools, rides, 2 hot tubs are full, people put their belongings on chairs (to avoid paying locker fees). Did not bother waiting in line for rides, main one "toilet bowl" was about 30 minutes wait!
I felt cold all the time. Outside heated pool was way to cold, waited to get into hot tub, and spend probably 30 minutes trying to warm up in there.
While kids will have fun just exploring the place, you will find yourself wondering why you spend so much money on this joke.
Avoid.

For adults, 2 to 4 slides, that's it. This water is very much catered to family with young children. For adults, all you really have are the 2 hot tubs, 2 body slides and 2 mat slides. The tube slides go slow. It's like if you were looking for a stroll.
There is a $10 off coupon in the niagara attraction booklet, which you could find in hallways etc. It's printed in 2020.
Even with coupon, this place is not worth it. Max I would pay is $30. And this place keeps wringing your wallet. $4 for towel and $12 for locker.
Last bit of advice. You don't need your phone or print out of the email. They just want your order number.

Unfortunately I can not give 0 ⭐, I wasted my money in this place. We had to pay full price for a kid that was only allowed to ride the 1 slide which is the smallest slide (they measure you only inside). Have to buy the towels also. Be aware if you have a child shorter than 4 feet in your party there will not be much entertainment for them
*The slide on the picture is the one my daughter who is 4 years old was allowed to do.

Best thing next to the falls! We came with three kids under 10. Saw the falls then stayed here for one night. It was a perfect way to end our trip. The room was good. Nothing too fancy. But the water park was great!! We spent 5 hours there, even my husband who isn’t a fan of water parks enjoyed it! I loved not having to put sun block on anyone! And since we had little ones, this was far better than the activities around town that are far too overpriced.

The price-performance ratio does not match. The day tickets are expensive for what you are getting ... If you are not staying in a hotel you have to pay quite a lot for parking and you get small lockers that don't even fit all your stuff and cost extra. Very frustrating. The kids had fun, however the line ups to the slides were long and you get cold. The place looks tired.

Overall we had good experience and had fun.
Washrooms and change rooms were clean.
System of red/green lights at slides could be managed more efficiently to make lines moving faster.
Wave pool-they turn waves on very seldom for some reason.
Parking-with waterpark day pass its cheaper to park somewhere nearby.
Many people spread their towels onto several chairs but end up never using them, so during busy times there is almost impossible to find empty chair.

can 8'5" passenger van park at the waterpark parking lot?
Written December 10, 2023
I parked in a parking garage and while I knew my minivan was going to clear, it was uncomfortably close. I wouldn't take a full sized van in the parking garage. it does have a height indicator on the bar but I don't remember exactly what the height was and once you turn in there, with the street traffic behind it wouldn't be easy to back out if you had to. The hotel owns a parking lot behind the parking deck, I would go around the block and park in that lot with a larger vehicle. good luck!

Hi everyone! Who has been in the winter? Looking to book January 2020 but we need to make sure the hours match our schedule. Ideally, they would stay open until 9pm like they do in the summer. Can someone please confirm if you've been there in January previously?

I would check their website to see what their hours are during the off season months. I went in April and they were closed on the Tuesday and Wednesday of the week I went. Or you can call them to see what their hours are during the week your visiting. Also check groupon for discounted rates for tickets. Have a great trip!

Hi,
I found that GWL has less activities for 8 + kids and is double the price. Food options are better at Fallsview and you have a choice of hotels and you always get a free show with the Fallsview Waterpark packages. I also noticed high chlorine use at GWL but depends on when you go. I have a 5 and 12 year old so I prefer Fallsview because of the range of activities, location and because it is more budget friendly.
