this place offers an amazing view but when we did have to wait in a long line (i know do to corona virus) but well worth it. we only had time to either do this or take a boat ride to the base of the falls but i think this was better. definitely a touristy thing to do but highly recommend

False advertise The advertise 45,00 dollars dinner, including the observation tower, but once you are there everything changes, even if you spend 200,00 the brochures are not redeemable,so to me is false advertising, Was very dissapointed

The view is nice. At the entrance they take a picture of you. After that you can see the picture that has been take at the desk. I didn't know that I couldn't take a pic of the screen with my smartphone. I took one to ask my friend via wattsap which pic to choose as we can only choose 2 of them. The seller, an indian guy at the desk was very rude. Instead of telling me that it's not allowed was accusing me of taking a pic and also that I had to pay for it. He kept on insisting I felt so bad like I stoll something. I don't mind paying a pic' but the way he talked to me was unacceptable. I had to show him that the picture was deleted from my phone. Very poor customer service. Next time don't talk to customer like that. You really need a training on the quality if customer service.

We visitied Skylon 29 Aug 2020 for lunch and a tour of the observation deck. The lunch menu was very nice and a good selection. Reasonably priced and outstanding service. Special thanks to our serving staff Dan and Carmen who made our experience more enjoyable.
