We booked the Niagara Falls Small Group Half day Sightseeing Tour with See Sight Tours and absolutely loved it ! What a great way to see Niagara !!! This tour is only for 7 people and is very personal, which we loved. We were picked up on time by Abby at our hotel . More on Abby later . We visited the Skylon first which was good . We then went on the Behind the Falls tour which was amazing!! The two views you get behind the falls are great but its only when you step out on to the observation deck you get the mind blowing view of the falls , just wow !! An incredible sight and sound of mother nature at her very best !! Next was the grand finale, the boat ride ! If you thought Behind the Falls was impressive, this is on another level. Your captain takes the boat incredibly close to the falls and you get an fantastic view of the cascading water and mist blown up from the tumbing water . It really is special! What an experience!!! Lastly a few words about Abby , what an amazing young lady ! She was such a lovely person, with such a happy demeanour. She was very knowledgeable and informative, and answered all our questions perfectly. Not only did we get the three main parts to the tour that I have mentioned , Abby also took us too some other great locations and sights in Niagara , including a Buddhist temple and a hydro electric dam ! It was great to see some perhaps lesser known parts of Niagara. We totally recommend this tour,it was worth every dollar and if you can, try to get Abby as your guide !!

Our family group of 7 people planned a trip to Niagara Falls at the peak of the vacation season. We were really excited to see everything but dreading all the traffic, parking problems, etc. A friend recommended a bus tour. At first, we checked out the big bus tours then we came across See Sight Tours. They have mini vans so it was just our family (if more people had come, we could have used several vans). They picked us up at our hotel and drove us to all the sights. They bought our tickets, told us where to go, approximately how long it would take at each site, all the while telling us about the town and the history. It was SO RELAXING to be driven around. I highly recommend See Sight for a tour of Niagara.

My wife and I are visiting Niagara Falls for the first time and so we decided to book a tour with SeeSight tours. We thought the tour experience with a small group in a van would be better than a large bus tour. Great idea. We had a fabulous guide, Touseff (I am probably butchering his name), who was very kind and solicitous to my wife who has bad ankles and found it hard to keep up. We did all the must sees, maid of the Mist, cave of the wins, goat island, and others. With just a group of four he picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off at the end. He took us to each spot, got us in, gave us very informative talks and made it a lot of fun. Highly recommended.

Had a reservation for 9:20. Finally showed at 10:20. When I asked what happened, he said he ran into problems. No apology. Gave me no confidence it would be a good tour. Showed in a mini van - not the luxury vehicle I expected. I did not get on and contacted company to cancel. I then went to the Niagara help desk and bought the same tickets. Included was a free hop on hop off bus with a driver that gave an overview of the city. Saved $300 for family of 4. So glad he didn't show up.

Shelly, our guide made the whole tour worth it. It was like being with Family. She was able to have everyone one the tour feel like we all knew each other forever. So we were so relaxed, and she was able to have us all at ease on the tour. Shelly was very knowledgeable about the Fall, the City and generally knew everything about everything! I highly recommend the Tour. We had an amazing time, Thanks to Shelly!

Terrific way to tour the falls. Small group tours in minivans, we had 7 in our group. The tour included visits to the Skylon Tower, Niagara Under the Falls, Hornblower Boat Cruise and Table Rock Welcome Centre on the Canadian side. The tour had all the tickets purchased so we didn't have to wait in line to buy. We had plenty of time at each attraction and to enjoy the beauty of the falls. Driver picked us up and returned us to our hotel. The total time was approximately 4 hours. Price was very reasonable when you factor in the cost of the tickets to the three attractions and not having to drive and pay for parking.

We had the time of our lives ! What a great tour trip we had today with TripShepard and our guide - Sod. Sod was an excellent host & tour guide, extremely knowledgeable, well spoken, full of fun facts and entertaining He also shared some "short-cuts" that saved us soooo much time and avoiding standing in any long lines. Drove us right up the the front doors of the attractions in very nice Mercedes Vans - comfortable transportation. Our tour cost ~ $144.00 each for a fun filled 4+hour tour. We highly, highly recommend this tour & especially Sod. Everything went perfect, absolutely perfect. At 62yrs old and 2 new knees and a new hip I was able to make it through the day with fiying colors because of Sod's experience and relationships - Top Notch Guided Tour ! Great Experience and will look for other TripShepard trips in the future.

We took the tour with SeeSight Tours: Niagara Falls, USA: Half-Day Small Group Sightseeing Tour.
The tour was excellent. We had two tour guides. Deena was a new tour guide. She was excellent. Sayed was training Deena. He was also excellent. The complete tour was excellent. Maid of the Mist boat ride. Cave of the Winds. And the walking sections to view the Niagara River. All excellent.

A great trip! Loved that it was limited to seven participants. Our guide, Cam, picked us up at our hotel in Toronto and drove to Niagara Falls. Once there, he shepherd us through the three included experiences: the Skylon Tower, the Journey Beneath the Falls and the Voyage to the Falls Boat Tour. This was the correct order in which to do these activities! Cam told us where to stand on the boat tour to get the maximum experience of the Falls. First time for me visiting Niagara Falls and it's an awe inspiring sight.

We had the grand tour, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Wind, whirlpool park, FDIC’s net and illumination of the falls. Our guide DANA was a jewel! She was so wonderful,patient, compassionate, very familiar with the area and such a professional. It was a small group, which is a plus.the only downer was the dinner at the Anchor Bar. The menu was limited and not too good. Great experience.

Yes, it is possible to book this trip. Unfortunately, we do not offer pickups in Toronto for our Niagara Falls Helicopter Tour. However, we do have a meeting location in front of the Imax Theatre located at 5400 Robinson Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario.
