Fun atmosphere, good price on 'fresh' instore treats. Overpriced pre-packaged candy. Loved the Hershey tshirts, socks ect. Best milk shake ever!!

Not what we expected when you say chocolate factory so take that with a pinch ofSalt however very interesting and you can buy lots of merchandise, take photos and enjoy their amazing cafe products. Would highly recommend the milkshake, hot chocolate and chocolate covered cheese cake! We came back 3 times in our week visit …

Kind of a letdown, overpriced, crowded, same old, same old stuff. Stingy on the samples and nothing to really set it apart.
