Located inside the new casino, I've been here a couple times. The latrines are tidy, as is the venue. Drinks are served with lids too!
The drinks are very expensive, $3.50 a bottle of water. Beer ten bucks!
Regardless, folks don't go here for inexpensive drinks.
The staff however are... intense. If someone turns on a phone they get an eye full of flashlight from the usher. Personally I didn't care, but if the person next to you pulls out a phone you'll get it!

Let me start off by saying i am a larger gentlemen and have been too many venues , arenas and sporting events and this by far is the most comfortable seating i ever experienced. I sat on the lower level and There is no arm rests between seats, more than enough leg room in front let alone a huge cushion to sit on and reat ur back against. This venue is alot smaller in size and i cant really see any seat being a bad one. This makes for a really personal experience. I will be attending many more events here now that i know the lay out!!! Well done to the design and layout teams!!!! There was only one bar once inside past check in, the line up was 50+ people long so we decided against drinking and just enjoyed out time and concert. Roughly 10 mins into the show alot of the crowd rushed the front of the stage, not sure if this is normal or not but i know if i was in one of maybe the first 8 rows i would of been upset because the view would of been blocked by the crowd in front of the stage. My wife and i sat roughly 14 rows back and the seats were amazing without the crowd in front blocking anything. I really enjoyed our concert and will be looking for more shows to attend in near future.

The Avalon Ballroom Theater is an amazing place to see dozens of great acts from the past or present. It holds about 1600 people and all seats are good. Best of all no one stands up in front of you to block your view which is a major pet peave of mine in recent years. Have seen Styx and Josh Groban there with Alice Cooper next in about a month. Great hotels nearby with a casino and great package deals. Definitely a great combination.

We went to see the Christmas show recently. The show was long and rather boring. While there was lots of energetic dancing and singing there was no change up of other acts. There were childish animal characters that came out and danced. I almost crawled under the seat! Speaking of seating during covid. We sat shoulder to shoulder with strangers while there was an empty row between us and the next row and the balconies were empty. I would not recommend this show, which is too bad as other years it was fun.

I just saw Josh Groban perform at this wonderful theatre. It provides such an intimate setting without a bad seat in the house. There are still screens strategically placed throughout the theatre, but that adds to the charm. The Avalon Ballroom Theatre more than exceeded my expectations, and I pray I shall return sooner rather than later.

We just saw the musical, Ghost, at the Avalon Theatre in Niagara Fallsview Resort. I wasn’t expecting much, but I am happy to report it was excellent. Production did a great job of making the scenes with the spirits in keeping with the movie. Acting and singing was very good. Go and see this show - you won’t regret it!

Had to walk out of the Solid Gold Motowm show to save our eardrums.
Even the soundman was wearing ear protectors.
The volume for the band was turned up so high we could not hear the chorus and the lead singers were either drowned out or their voices were amped up to unbearable levels.
Left after what should have been a quiet Lionel Richie love song was thump thumping in our chests and screech screeching in our ears.
We often see the shows there, ever since the casino opened. This is only the 2nd time we had to leave.
Suggest Avalon provide a sound level warning and hand out earplugs to the audience when they hire groups that can only perform at fff and more.

Nice Venue. We saw We will Rock You (It was Great) It was nice to sit on Comfortable Seats. Looking around the room I didn't see a spot that I wouldn't mind sitting in to watch a show

Yes, there are bad seats in the Avalon theatre. If you are told the seats have an obstructed view, do not buy them, the view of the stage is obstructed by a wall along the side of the VIP box on the balcony. They should not even sell these seats. The Josh Groban show was great, but the seating is uncomfortable and tight. Cannot wait to see the new theatre.

Nice intimate space to see shows. Sat on the left wing. View was okay, but would definitely try to be in the orchestra or balcony for beat experience.
