Not impressed guys.
Your reason for cancelling and refunding was that there is a glitch in your website and all tours have to booked 24 hours in advance.
Interestingly, your confirmation is timed at 3:32pm today and the tour was booked for 3:45 tomorrow. Even my limited mathematical skills tell me that is MORE than 24 hours. Added to that, on the strength of booking your tour, we booked accommodation in Niagara-on-the-Lake, which is NOT refundable. It was clear, during your call, that you simply did not want to do the tour for only 2 people so you have arbitrarily cancelled and tried to fob us off by blaming the technology. Seriously? I spent 35 years developing, testing and implementing much more complex applications than a booking system and that was a very poor attempt at an excuse.
Clearly, your business isn’t very reliable.
