I love going to the show. And, being able to recline makes it that much more enjoyable. I've never had a bad experience at this theatre and my review now has to do with something they started doing a little while ago that I feel is really good customer service. Being able to reserve your seats online, and without an account is so convenient. But the real bonus is being able to get a refund for seats that were purchased but are then not needed when you finally get to the theatre. Twice now I have had to get a refund because one or more people were not able to make the show after all. This is such a good idea. Koodos to you Landmark!

We decided to go to see A Wrinkle In Time while we were in London for March Break. I had never heard of Landmark Cinemas or their recliner seat theatres. Our hotel said it was the best movie theatre in London. The staff at the ticket counter were very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and cool the recliner seats were. We go to the movies at Cineplex and rep cinemas frequently, so we thought the price for tickets was actually quite reasonable for a comfy recliner and getting to choose where you sit. We didn’t buy anything from the concession since we just had lunch at nearby White Oaks mall. A Wrinkle In Time wasn’t very good, but we loved Landmark Cinema!

I have been to the landmark in London several times and usually have a great experience. However, I went last night(February 19th) and I will be honest with you, worst experience I've had there. I realize that they have to follow covid 19 protocols, however, I found the people working there don't know what they are doing and I stood outside 20 mins in the cold. When I got into the theatre, there was no heat and I sat the whole time with my mitts, hat, coat and scarf on. I"m hoping this is just a temporary thing and next time I go, my experience will be better.

Landmark theatres is our favourite place to go and see a movie. We love we can choose our seats in advance and the reclining seats are fantastic. There is lots of room around the seats even when reclined. We always found the theatres to be clean and well maintained. Concessions are overpriced but not any different than any other theater.

This location is very underrated. Sunday morning movies are fantastic! What better time to go to see a movie! The reclining seats are a nice luxury, and the food prices are comparable to other chains.

They reclining chairs are the best I’ve seen in Ontario. Better than any cineplex version. Seen many movies here while over night on business.

I took my 2 grandsons to the movie and it is always a great time. I do think for children under the age of 5 the prices were a little high and as much as I would love to do this more often $80.00 for 2 hrs is a little much.

The recliner seats are what makes for the comfortable experience and feel like being at home. To top it off with a large popcorn plus free refill makes this a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a relaxing time to watch a movie this is the way to go.
