Visited the park for Ribfest over August long weekend. Clean, lots of washrooms and the ribs were amazing. Many restaurants close by and lots of available parking.

We were there for Sunfest and Pride. Both events saw thousands of people. Afterwards the place was totally cleaned up. You wouldn't know anything happened.
