Great place if you are a swimmer and want to do so on your travels as there is open swim in the evenings that anyone can pay and use the facilities for.
Splashpad to cool down the kiddies in the summer.

The staff are super friendly. The parking is pretty good, lots of spaces for rec swimming. Need more change rooms that are accessible with showers. The ones they have get snapped up pretty quick by families leaving people like myself with mobility issues waiting for quite some time. The elevator is well maintained :-) The pool floor raises and lowers for children/adult use which is nice.

Facility was built for canada games many years ago, since this pool, its technology and facility have all become dated. Friendly staff though that are very friendly and quick to help us out!

Last week was the WOSA regional swim meet. The kids all told us how the change rooms (boys and girls both) smelled like urine, and were dirty. The women's washroom was also very dirty, I don't think they cleaned it at all during the three day event. I do believe that some of the problems we experienced were due to bad choices on the part of organizers (such as overcrowding on deck) but two major issues with the facility is the lack of parking on site. We saw a number of "road rage" incidents in the parking lot, and many people had to park at the shopping centre across the street, because even the spillover parking at the high school was full. I didn't mind walking, because it wasnt THAT far, but I felt that it was very dangerous, given the amount of traffic that was coming in and out along the same road, and given that these were people who were already very frustrated by the lack of parking. The other issue is the lack of seating for spectators. We spent the mornings standing up for 2 - 3 hours because there were not enough seats. I really hope we don't have to go to a meet there again in the near future.

An awesome center! Be sure to check the schedule though so you can have the best experience whether it be practising dives (3 levels), doing laps, or a free swim with your family.

Thanks to everyone at London Aquatic Club! We were here on the Mothers' Day Weekend for the annual Hollandia LC Meet - so well run!

Parking is a bit of a challenge, and the London Tow Trucks are ruthless so only park in designated areas!

It is warm inside like most indoor pool facilities - Short's and TShirt if you are observing!

Overall I like the place. A lot of natural light, great diving board. The staff not always the best. Some lifeguards do not care when lighter weight children are followed on a driving board and of course they jump further and almost crashing the kids. Busy checking the time when the shift finishes...too sad. I witnessed an almost happaning fatal targedy

The aquatic center is a modern clean well cared for facility. It offers extensive opportunity for aquatic lessons and recreational activities. Close to the skate park, splash pad and small park as well as the arena, restaurants, shopping and both elementary and high schools it is well utilized by the community.

The change rooms, showers and bathrooms are always clean with lockers available but bring your own lock.

Personally am not a fan of communal change room so we use one of the large family size washrooms of which there are several.

We used to go a few times per week with the kids to swim and use the hot tub but prices have been increasing and it is now $4 per child to swim and $5.75 foe adults. Seniors currently $4.75 and you can buy a 2 swim pass or 3 month pass at reduced rate. 20 swims $55 for kids and $13.50 adults. 3 month pass for kids is $15.00 and adults $186.00.

There is also a family pass for $14 per visit which covers 2 adults and 4 kids.

However the kids want to go 3-4 times per week and therein lies the problem. With 6 kids and 2 adults it makes for an expensive 2hrs and who can afford the 20 swim or 3 month pass for that many people. So we rarely go anymore.

There are several events and diving competions held throughout the year so the center is occasionally closed to the public.

We utilize the splash pad mostly now which is literally on the same grounds the kids have a blast here and the only draw back is you have to run all the way into the Acquic Center to use washrooms.

It is a favourite local spot again because there are so many things close by so good place to go on a hot day.

There are several opportunities throughout the week for recreational swim and also parent and toddler times to take advantage of teaching your little ones to swim.
