I used to live in London. I loved shopping for groceries and organic products here. Sebastian's has very good pastries...I am obsessed with the Gateau Basque cake. I was in London for business recently and went to the market just to buy the Gateau Basque. I love the veggies...good assortment, generally always fresh. The butcher shop is also very good.... More

We hit up the market every Saturday morning to grab all our fresh produce and meat. The market offers a wide array of venders selling anything you can think of. A definite must if you're looking for something to do on a Saturday morning or if your looking for a place to grab fresh produce, meat and groceries.

It's only open on Saturdays (08h - 15h), and it's not particularly conveniently located, but it's a real market in the way Covent Garden only aspires to be. Lots of local producers from the region, a fair degree of ethnic diversity, numerous sources for pretty much whatever you want to eat. Some prepared food, but the emphasis is on good... More

This was our second visit and it is a great place to gather on a Saturday morning in winter. There are plenty of places to eat if you want breakfast or lunch or coffee or you can pick it up and take it home. Great place to purchase produce and meats (organic and gluten free or regular) and several specialty... More

Truly, it's something for everyone. My wife and I enjoyed walking around this market. Food, nick-nacks, groceries, arts and crafts, you name it and it's there. My wife likes to shop, and me too but it takes me a much shorter period of time. So, against my better thoughts, I bought a bunch of cookies from a delightful little bakery,... More

We go to the market most weekends to enjoy friends family, a warm friendly atmosphere and the delicious goods / foods. A market in my mind is a gathering place where vendors offer the best to their customers - that's what you get at the Farmers market their best! A great variety of foods to meet every ones dietary and... More

I go almost every week. The vendors, price, service and quality cannot be beat. There is so much selection and so many unique finds. This market just keep growing and I couldn't be happier. I hope in the spring/summer they are able to expand into the yard behind to accommodate more vendors. It's truly a gem that isn't well know... More

When in London for business or pleasure this is a great spot to head. You have great options for lunch including many specialty shops. You can also get fresh fruit, artisanal bread and great cheeses. This is a treasure trove in the heart of the Forest City.
