Beautiful Waterfront

Kingston's waterfront is busy, where you want it to be busy and quiet where you want it to be quiet. There is shopping, restaurants, park, museums to visit and more.

Always so much to see and do in Kingston, for all ages. Prices range from very reasonable on up, whatever suits you! Enjoy!

There are many popular sights along this 8km waterfront trail. It conveniently has many access points with several washrooms available along the way. We highly recommend a walk along this trail even if just a short one. Cheers :o)

We really liked it here. Beautiful waterfront, with cruise opportunities, views of the what were to be the parliamentary buildings, old forts and delicious hot dogs.

The waterfront is a beautiful park, there is an historic train engine. From the water front you can get a bus tour. At first I thought the price was much too steep, but by the end of the tour I believed it was worth every penny.

Seriously hire people to clean up the massive, disgusting amount of cigarette butts littered everywhere... Every.where. Other than that - the waterfront is relatively pretty and relaxing.

There are several park areas along the waterfront. Having continuous access would have been better. Pay parking everywhere is most unfortunate... unlike Lake Ontario Park. View of Wolfe Island is obscured by unsightly wind turbines. There are few activities for small children ..mostly meant for adults: evening entertainment and romance perhaps? In close proximity are dining and shopping, boat slips... More

My husband & family & I enjoyed feeding the ducks & enjoyed watching the sail boats. You can meet new people while they also visit the water front.
