This is a great tour for art lovers. My daughter absolutely loved it and my wife and I enjoyed it. The highlight was seeing Colville's original of the "horse running on the train tracks towards the locomotive" painting. I've loved that picture forever and had the pleasant surprise of actually seeing it in person.

Took my son & grandson to this special showing of Group of Seven, Krieghoff, Kane, Carr, Kane, Cullen, Colville, etc. It was a wonderful display of talents and landscapes, scenes that are identifiably Canadian - not to mention the sculpture gallery with inuit sculpture, Bronzes and other mediums. This was a well spent afternoon. My grandson tarried the longest over... More

Wonderfully curated, and thoughtfully planned. I brought a 20 year old relative from Madrid and he loved the amount of quality Canadian master pieces. He is now a new fan of Canadian Emily Carr.

This totally delightful art gallery is a real treat. Lovely building, interesting architecturally, and well laid out attractive gallery rooms. The art collection is excellent and I highly recommend a visit Disappointed in the Chaffee which had minimum pedestrian food selection

This is one of the premier Art Galleries in Canada. It has many iconic paintings that are known to everyone. Great shows and very knowledgeable docents. Very well laid out and easy to get around. The current Beaver Hall exhibit is wonderful. The VW bus on the third floor is must see.

We visited on Saturday early afternoon. Started with a delicious latte in their coffee bar (cheaper than Starbucks). Only one person was working there, so it was a little slow but worth the wait. Visited the Great Beaver Hall group exhibit. The place was not crowded and we could enjoy paintings without obstruction. There is also lots of benches to... More
