You cannot go down to the falls nor a good view. Its useless for families with small kids. If you like trails, you may enjoy but no falls. Very small parking area.

Came here last summer (June 2017) and it was incredible, you could take the stairs down to the base of the waterfall and venture in. It was raining and walking along the bottom was still safe. Now there is fencing everywhere, and you cannot get...More

This is an amazing experience, hike and view. Please be mindful of sticking to the trails and obeying signage though as there have been recent changes to the ability to actually wander in the water . We mistakenly ventured out after speaking to another guest...More

Because of a death and 21 rope retrievals during 2017, Albion Falls is no longer open. You can view the beautiful falls from the observation decks, but you can no longer walk down to the base of the falls or swim in the water. A...More

There are many photos online of the beautiful falls in Hamilton -especially albion falls - where it is depicted that people can walk on the falls and get close to it. This is no longer the case since last year. All the falls in hamilton...More

We expected a bigger hike, it is basically a loop through the woods, very easy. You can continue on the road or paved trails across the road. Nice to visit but quick visit.

The falls could be nice but they won’t let anyone hike down to see them any longer. It can be seen from a distance. We did not stay long but I heard it used to be one of the good ones

Very attractive local spot, You need to obey signs as climbing the rocks can be very risky. Fresh air and trees with the sound of falling water. Used to visit more frequently when lived in Ancaster area.

Albion falls almost completely frozen. Dress warm and take the hike alongside the riverbank which can be accessed by the trails connected to various parking lots. It is probably best if you have a guide familiar with the area. And a walking stick.

For me from the top or side. However, i have some mobility issues and recommend you take photos that you feel are of interesting framing and at the same time are not risking your safety.

At the falls it's pretty hard for a picnic unless you don't mind eating on the rocks. You can simply bring a cloth for the floor but there are no garbage bins at the falls. To keep the falls clean and keep the animals away... More

Hi, Not that I have been to, no. I've only been to Albion Falls, the Devil's Punchbowl and Felker's Falls and they're all not suitable to take a dip in.
