Very nice park. The kids had a blast seeing all the different animals. My only pet pee is that they should have more signs noting the names of the different animals, as some we... read more

Very nice park. The kids had a blast seeing all the different animals. My only pet pee is that they should have more signs noting the names of the different animals, as some we were unsure of what they were. Also, when we went, the little train was not working and the kids were very disappointed. should invest in two... More

It is expensive, but worth the price. About $30 US for adults and $25 US for kids. I expected it to take 3-4 hours, but it is definitely a full-day adventure. The actual drive-thru safari takes about 60 minutes, but you can drive through twice. Definitely worth doing since you will see something you missed the first time. There is... More

This place is AWESOME.... You get so close to the animals and you feel like you are in Africa. Go do the walking park first then do the car ride safari. It is great for kids as well. If it is a nice day there is a water park for little kids they will love. The best part when we... More

Our family visited the African lion safari last Saturday. We never been there before but I have heard good comments about the place so we decided to give it a try. We got there at 10 am when it opened. Best decision ever!!!! As we were able to drive through the safari and watch all the animals. I think we... More

I managed to score a deal on the Wake Up The Wild tour, and even if I had paid a little more, it would have been worth it. Where else are you going to be just a couple of feet away from the lions and rhinos while they're eating and get to hand feed giraffes?! It starts early, before the... More

Place was amazing, the park was HUGE, loved how the animals roamed free and we were confined to our car. Got to see 2 rhinos be mad at each other and almost fight.

After a visit in July we learnt about the Wake up the Wild experience. We booked it for my birthday. Had a great time, only 12 people can book so it's not overcrowded. First you get taken to see the lions being fed. A special bus with open grills so you can hear the Lions roar. When you leave that... More

ALS is a great place to see wild animals up close and personal. You can drive your vehicle through OR pay and take an air conditioned bus. We did both. Riding the bus was great because the driver narrates and tells you about the animals you see...can be loud with youngsters on there. The day we went was pretty hot... More

First visit, will return!! We weren't sure if we should take the bus or drive as we had heard horror stories of the baboons wrecking cars, but found out at the gate, you can tour through more than once-1 trip per bus ticket, but then with your car if you like. That settled it! We took the bus and had... More

It's nice to see animals not in cages. You can drive through the safari as many times as you want. The bird show was very nice. When we were there the monkeys on the island were hooting at the top of their lungs, it was great. The splash pad is a great place to cool off, my son loved it
