The staff are young immature and racist. For a park in Hamilton where there it is multicutural you think they would hire more professional cultural sensitive staff. The supervisor that was on august 17 is useless.More

Thank you for your concern. Wild Waterworks takes pride in its facility cleanliness and water quality. To this end we have followed up on your concern and all of our water tests conducted every two hours on this day were within the prescribed parameters.

It's a great day outside. While the prices are quite high for what it is, we are thankful to have it so close to Hamilton. The lazy river usually needs to be cleaned, but other than that the amenities are good!

You can buy tickets online with credit cards or debit. I am not sure about the front gate however,but most places are accepting them now due to their popularity. Hope I could Help.

Good afternoon All day lockers are available for $ 10, $15 or $ 20 and can be opened as many times as you want throughout the day. There are loonie lockers in the change room and cost $1 per opening thank you

Thank you for your inquiry on cabanas. All of the cabanas are booked for Saturday July 29 and Sunday July 30. We hope that you are able to find an alternate day to book a cabana. Wild Waterworks staff.
