“Awful customer service will not my Lifetime Warranty Guarantee”

I never ever will buy jewellery from people's Jewelers ever again with the terrible service and they refused to validate my Lifetime Warranty. I have tried the past two months to get my diamond fixed on the phone and in store in person. When I called the store they were defensive and rude. This was the worst customer service. In store they didn't register the paperwork in the computer system and I still haven't recieved paperwork still waiting and have not gotten my ring fixed.

“Good place for shopping”

Visit to Stone road mall in search of a screen guard for our phones turned out to be a good visit. We got what we wanted without any hassle and we were able to do some shopping too. Plenty of stores that are just available in this mall in our area. It is an indoor mall so a good place to be in chilly winter days.

Good place for shopping

The mall is the perfect place to spend an afternoon with teenagers. So many stores to browse. You can even have coffee in the food court while the kids look🤑

No too large like some of the inner city malls nice place to go if you want to do a bit of shopping in a indoor environment. Supercentres are too much outdoors in bad weather.

This mall is a good one to shop at. It is just a typical mall. Food court, department stores, you name it. I do not need to go out of town which is a plus!

It is a small mall for the amount of people in the city. Has all the basic stores you would find at your average mall. There isn't much of a selection in terms of cloths for women. It is also a dark mall and there is a limited food court.

Nice little mall

It was a nice little mall. It was not too busy. Saw uniform security guards patrolling on foot so felt safe. A very good variety of stores. Food court available but I did not visit that part of the mall. I was pleasantly surprised to see a MiniSo store there with cute household items and other knick knacks like cosmetics, men's ties, hair brushes, USB cables, toys, and other things from Japan/Korea. I was confused that the Old Navy store connected to the mall only had an exterior entrance and we could not access it from the inside of the mall. Lots of free parking as well.

The Movie place is good. Staff guy Alex has got authentic customer service. I got my wallet at the engraving place; quality leather at its finest. I didn’t go wrong. A gentleman with long blonde hair at the Indigo/Chapters attached to Starbucks is Down to Earth. The girls at La Sensa for the panties I bought my girlfriend, “Woopdy doo!” They got great personalities. Now, Alaunzo’s his store is amazing. The only brother I can relate to. He being from the US. Great personality, and he knows what you’re looking for. Time to start buying custom made shirts from him. He can get you to shop best on the buck. Go check out the custom design shirts and hat stores. See ya......

When you drive by it looks like a strip mall with some high-end stores. When you enter you realize it is much larger than it appears. Pretty much every store you need is here and there are restaurants, grocery stores and a liquor store very close by.

Unfortunately the largest anchor space will soon be empty as Sears completes the bankruptcy shutdown.

Lots of New Stores

Free Parking, clean and easily walkable. Lots of new stores and open late on Saturdays.
Marshalls and sport check are great to shop.
