This is a lovely, well-maintained golf course. Expect to see signs of nature on your round. The staff is very friendly, and the starters do their best to manage the tee-off schedule. Overall great golf experience!

The course has always been in great shape. It's a challenging course and if you like beautiful scenery it has lots of that. The only thing better than the course is the staff; friendly and helpful.

Ever since this course opened years ago with a trailer as the clubhouse, one thing has remained constant - the shape of the course. The grass is always plush and well manicured. The fairways and greens are kept very well and the overall course is clean with little garbage thrown in the bushes. However, we have seen more often over the last couple of years that many golfers are too lazy or self-centered to rake the sand traps after themselves. That is disappointing, especially since there are so many bunkers to hit into!! Maybe the course needs more rakes at each bunker. This course is well worth the drive from the GTA where prices are easily double that of Savannah. There are numerous scenic holes and most of the holes are very challenging. By the time you reach #18 and see the water that you have to drive over and then the long approach, you will be thinking of the nice cold beer you will soon enjoy out on their elevated deck!

I have golfed Savannah several times in 2019. The course has been in good shape, even with some of the dry weather we've had this year. It's a nice course, fairways are tighter than other local courses which makes it challenging. My negative comment on this course is the poor layout on the front nine. You start with a fair par 4, then nice long par 5. Then you hit a "bottleneck". Par 3, short sharp right dogleg par 4, then another par 3. Every time I have played there this year, there is a backup of 1- 2 groups at the 2nd par 3. Twice this year there has been a backup on the short par 4. I played the course in early August and we were 2 hrs 55 mins to play the front nine. That's away too slow for me. Overall this is a nice course to play, but you need more than 4 hours to play it.

Came from Oakville to play upon recommendation of friends. It was in great shape, and price was cheaper than GTA courses. Would play again. Lots of mature trees, some challenging holes, a few blind spots, a little for everyone.
