This beautiful park in Burlington down town not only is a wonderful spot to visit during day time but also during night times to view Christmas lights installations in xmas days. The Burlington xmas market can also be enjoyed while you are here.

We had money and camera gear stolen from our car here this morning. (I'm wondering if the thieves hacked our keyless entry fob)

It is always a wonderful walk down by the lake - even on a blustery day in November! One stop among other great places downtown.

Been a staple in my life to go down to this park. Clean, well kept. Lots of action, young and old. Makes you feel like you are part of a great community. Playground is wonderful and so is walk way. The use of washrooms, during covid has been great and hopefully they can reopen properly the burger place. I find the hours to be weird and not accommodating for families. Lots of people but no emphasis on selling food.

The park is great for a walk or a picnic. In the wonder the winter lights are beautiful. Each year a new display is added. This is a popular destination for young families and couples. Make sure your phone is charged because you will want to take pictures and videos.
Bundle up though, it is right in the water and it does get windy.

Summertime this is a great location for a walk or picnic. Even during COVID there is plenary of space so you can physically distance from other park goers. Bring a blanket and stretch out on the grass and enjoy a picnic, read a book, have a conversation.

Grab a coffee or ice cream and stroll the Burlington waterfront which stretches from the beach paths to the pier. Young families can enjoy the playground and splash pad conveniently located side by side. Many picturesque stops along the walkway to capture the memory in a photograph..

The washroom facilities at this park continue to be subpar. They have been since the day they opened and have not improved. Hot, airless, cramped and dirty. And woefully inadequate for the crowds at the park. Absolutely disgusting.

This park has features that most people like. Downtown, Lake front, playground, walking paths, large grass area and even a small pond for skating/remote control boating. Great for a relaxing way to kill couple hours, before or after a meal.
P.S. free parking available, 10 minutes walk across the hospital
